Looks delicious…I bake now with almond flour..had to quit using reg flour…pretty much cutting out carbs too..been a year and 5 months..my blood sugar levels are normal now. You are very talented and your cakes are so beautiful..

Hiiii Mrs. Donna! Just wanted to say thank you. In my almost 60 yrs I tried to bake carrot cake maybe 3 or 4 times all of which were total disasters. They'd come out like a banana bread texture. This was an easy peasy recipe. My carrot cake was on point... delish. Can't pat you on the back so I'm patting myself on the back. I did goooodddd!!!

We have a lady at out church who makes this cake but does not like spice so she puts only about a half teaspoon of cinnamon in the cake and no other spice. I have. The people absolutely devour this cake every time she sends before all the other desserts are eaten. Amazing!
I searched online- it says all baking soda is aluminum free- even if it’s not labeled as such! But thanks for this tip! I watch all your videos and made a lot of your cakes, baked Mac n cheese and all. ❤
