We're back in the kitchen today making this delicious Macaroni & Cheese Meatloaf Casserole! It's also known as Pastitsio which is a Greek Lasagna. It's the best of BOTH worlds!!! Watch & Enjoy!💚

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

I baked my meatloaf part of the casserole in a 350 degrees preheated oven for about an hour. Next I added the casserole back to the oven after topping it with macaroni and cheese and baked a few minutes until the cheese melted and it was my desired brownness. [Baking time may vary depending on your oven.]
INGREDIENTS I USED:
[Use a casserole dish LARGER than a 9 x 13 if you use 3 cups of noodles.]
3 C Elbows Macaroni Noodles
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 C Ketchup
1 C Hickory and Brown Sugar Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce
1 10.5 Can Cheddar Cheese
2 Oz. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 Large Eggs
2 C Milk
30 Ritz Crackers
4 C Cheese Blends of your choice
Sweet Red Peppers
Onion
Salt
Peper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Italian Seasoning

What! I can tell it’s good dude number one is not saying a single word. He is just enjoying the casserole and I agree that would be like a elevated hamburger helper definitely something to try that can easily become a weekend. Staple or midweek staple🎉

I love how you don’t use fancy, expensive seasonings like a lot of other cooking shows, for instance, Walmart brands and Kirkland brands, not that I would buy any expensive brands anyway, but still appreciate that you show this. Just down to earth home cooking. I totally love you for that❤️ You and hubby are beautiful people.

I just saw a recipe that had mac and cheese at the bottom, meatloaf in the middle and more mac and cheese on top with the more cheese. I said now that’s a dish that I will definitely make.

I keep Lysol wipes in my house & I wipe everything except the produce before l put them away. I wash the produce in soapy water right before I use them. I totally agree, that stuff coming off those trucks is nasty!
