Hey Kap, on the backup beeper cancel button, on some machines it doesn’t matter how many times you press it, it won’t cancel the beeper until it’s run for a length of time like 15 seconds or so.
Time is money!!!. Good size equipment really saves the day...actually Curtis needs to get a decent used Dozer with a tilt blade to help you guys move and clear all these openings in a few hours time.
@@OzarkMtnLandowner6653 I've learned in my 71 yrs of experience NOT to lend out equipment. I don't mind coming with my equipment to help out. That way if something tears up with me running my equipment--it doesn't tear up good relationships.
Have you looked into renting a dozer. I priced them a while back to do my pond, and you can’t get a decent size for around $4000-$4500mo.. You could get a lot of work done in a months time.
Yes we discussed that but opted for a bigger excavator as the excavators have more uses than the dozer wood. No doubt a dozer would clear very nicely but I've hired them in the past and they struggle with hardwoods especially, getting them out of the ground.
Nice excavator, that'll make quick work of the land clearing.
Please tell me we didn't buy that 😮 Wait, it's too big for the shed so that's more room for my projects!😊
He did offer to sell one of them! LOL but Mark the date on the calendar I know my limits!
Tonka toys are getting bigger!! Nice
LOL no doubt about that! This thing is sweet !
That should speed things up considerably!
Yes no doubt we're going to be taking shifts on it over the next month.
As you go up in size there is a trade off for speed against power , but the increased power gives increased productivity 💪👍
Yes it does!

Darn it that's a shame guess we'll get used to it LOL
That’s got a lot of power!

Maybe he can borrow yours?

It sure is.. we opted to not rent a dozer cuz I feel the excavator has more usefulness overall
