My brother and I ended up homeless in Dublin one night. We didn't have a clue how to travel, missed our train, bought tickets for busses that had stopped running, ended up sleeping in the asshole cold next to busaras bus station. Planned to wait to see if the GoBus tickets from the previous night were still valid, but caved in and just bought Bus Eireann tickets rather than wait the extra hour for GoBus to start running. Would not fuck up in such a way again, learned the joys of Aircoach.

Guiness Storehouse was absolutely amazing. Imagine Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory except for beer. Ended up getting super drunk, especially after ending up at Zero Gravity bar at the very top. Dublin is amazing!
Next time get a return ticket for the Luas it would work out a little cheaper. You should come back to Dublin, but it's gotten more expensive since 2018.
