I rarely ever see the sharks say they're out after hearing a counter offer. They should've just let him do his thing instead of getting all bent out of shape. Now we will never know if he really was going to counter with what he ended up countering with.

@michaelhernandez2075 it's just because the other sharks know what an incredible offer it was. The sharks, especially Mark, usually promote negotiating and countering. But this deal was so good they had to know there was no negotiation room on the sharks end. Why risk such a great offer?

I mean, he specified that he was the sole owner of the company. So getting a perfect partner for your business while still retaining 90% of the shares seems absolutely perfect to me. Getting 90% of tens of millions of dollars is better than getting 100% of 2 million.

💯 Also, the recovery at the end when Mark stopped him from negotiating with Jason was simply incredible! He got a great deal from Jason, so I'm actually glad Mark stopped him. I almost feel like he was either planted or specifically chosen just for Jason Plum's appearance on the show.

Yeah he undersold his value to get a shark because that 50 million didnt net him too much profit. i think he said on one year of making like 10 million they profited 2 mil. not enough to sustain growth i believe. Now with a shark's help they can increase profits.

Everyone seems to do that on Shark Tank. I've seen several videos from other people going on Shark Tank and telling the sharks about their personal lives. It's probably in whatever paper they sign before appearing on the show.
