What works for me for limescale in the kettle is just straight up citric acid powder. I put like a table spoon or two in, fill the kettle up halfway with water and boil it... let it stand for 10-15 minutes and boil again.... and all the limescale is gone. Lemon juice also works, since in essence it's the citric acid doing the work, but when squeezing a fresh lemon in you get a bunch of lemon pulp as well and the peel probably does nothing but make a mess lol. You'd probably also need more lemon juice for it to work. Vinegar also works but citric acid doesn't smell lol. Ohh and I also remove the mesh on the spout when I do this (it's removable on my kettle), since in this instance when cleaning it you want all the limescale crystals to pour out.
When washing shoes, stuff them with scrunched up newspaper (or other papery stuff) instead of plastic bags. Helps them keep the shape while also soaking in extra moisture so they dry quicker. :)
Literally put this video on last after watching your other two and was like - there is NO way she will wear something I want again.. the pink shirt... haha girl! I need your clothes! Also i've subscribed because I can't wait to see your future uploads and you have such a warm personality.. also editing skills - documentary style! Love it.
Hhahahahhahaa, you’re the best!! 😂 and thank you for the compliments 🥹 I absolutely love documentaries and I’m just having so much fun making my own Minis 🥰
Loved this ❤ I use half a bottle of white vinegar in my kettle then boil pour out rinse and then fill with water boil to remove the smell of vinegar rinse then your done removes every trace of limescale I've been doing it for years. The coffee table came out amazing x
Aww thanks so much!!! 🥰 ohhhh I’ll try that next! The new kettle already has limescale.. I saw it and gave up 😂 but thanks for the tip, definitely trying it!! Xxx
I prefer to use powdered citric acid since it doesn't smell to begin with and works just as well. :) A tablespoon or two in a half a kettle of water does the job.
Use white vinegar on ur kettle Just put 1/4 cup in ur kettle and put the kettle on the electric board As it heats there will be a rxn and this will clean up the kettle If uh have the limescale residue upto a certain height in kettle then fill the kettle with water and half a cup of vinegar and let it boil for few minutes Then discard the water and scrub it just a bit It will come right off
If you aren't against chemical then use OUST for your kettles 😅 it's fab! Then use those brillo pads with pink stuff in them for rust they work a treat xx
This is just sheer joy. Love how much you enjoyed making that stool!
I still love my stool 😂
