Also, pain bodies are dead bodies controlled by chakra, I doubt poison affects Pain
I think when they say prime, they don't mean their peak. I could be wrong but that's the only way I can support the idea that the sannin in their prime (age) were probably around 25 ish, and then at their peak (of power) comes much later

Jiraiya and Tsunade didn’t train at all and Tsunade got needed so since they are stated to be all equal in the second databook, the 100 healings probably just brought her back to the level of her younger self

What Tsunade meant by Kabuto's instinct surpassing her in prime was not the he is better but that he learned the medical arts faster than she did because she was the one who revolutionized the medical system. I believe Tsunade had the byakugou seal back then in 2nd war. She had creation rebirth but not the 100 healings she later developed that later on. To summon Katsuyu, the byakugou seal is required as Katsuyu is directly linked and proportional to the seal. So we could say she had a weaker version of the seal back then.

Mei cannot use Boil Release when allies are present since it would corrode them as well, she is shown lowering its acidity when it could get to others during the summit.

All poisons that work systemically require a living part of the body to be affected. : neurons being destroyed by a neurotoxic compound (shellfish toxin), or nerve transmission being impeded by acetylcholine(VX nerve gas), Hanzo having a poison gas etc. Other poisons work by affecting the blood's ability to carry oxygen (like cyanide) . Kankuro seemed to last a day or so before Sakura came to save him, I think with the fact that the pain bodies are dead puppets would make it more than likely that poison wouldn't work. I've noticed that many power scalers are using real world phenomena to justify scaling, if we are going down the scientific route Naruto will not stand the test, Narrative inconsistencies and artistic license have to be taken into consideration.
People say i underestimate the sanin when i say the top 3 Akatsuki Obito, Pain and Itachi or sub Kisame for Obito is destroying them in a 3v3. I also handicapped the Akatsuki by only giving Pain Yahiko body his main body so it will be a fair 3v3 and they still get cooked in my opinion

Agree that the poison should have zero effect here. Naruto immobilised tendo after defeating him by removing the rods. This implies the paths are more like long range meat puppets. Each paths is given an ability by tuning the chakra frequency with different rod placements and piercings. Genjustsu works because it disrupts the frequency. The rods connect to Nagato's spine and nervous system. That's why he can have 6 different sight lines. 6 separate senses of sight connected to him as jiraiya says like cameras. Genjustu is stated to work by affecting a sense. Unless you want to argue the poison can affect the rods directly it should be irrelevant. Which also goes for the summons as they are pierced with rods and act as eyes also. Animal path should easily combat Hanzo alone

The only time we see the full six paths shown are for that fight and the leaf invasion. All akatsuki meeting only show Tendo. Jiraya was given 2-3 until he bested those paths then was finished with the 6. The akatsuki go after jinchuriki in groups of 2. This implies that pain sees the 6 tails as equal a threat to the leaf village itself. Or at the very least he'll need all 6 abilities to complete the task
This is ridiculous and completely wrong. Jiraiya and orochimaru got stonger overtime. Tsunade got stronger when she became hokage because she took took her job seriously. Yes jiraiya was surprised about hanzo death but he was fully prepared to fight the person that killed him. Also poison wouldn't effect any of the pains because they are dead bodies. The cloud village would win the raikage is faster then any of the pains and killer bee is close to his speed. Darui was able to fight kinkaku and ginkaku. Pain isn't beating the cloud. I can see stone winning.
@@Virhtueit really depends how fast Darui gets in gear, if Ay hits Gakido and if Ay's armor can be absorbed. Gakido would be a problem for the Cloud beyond all the others, most of them can probably wreck the others besides Tendo, but A/B are sturdy enough to take Tendo by itself.

Laser Circus wrecks most of the other Pains leaving Tendo vs A/B... Though their "combo" is unusable most likely. They do also have the sealing jar.
The databooks say Minato is merely praised for his godlike speed. If anything, Raikage's databook statement is more impressive. But Raikage definitely got faster since he was training since then. Cee confirms this by saying he's as fast as Minato now.
Yeah ohnoki or raikage solo cant take pain full power almighty push. Everyone else is pretty irrelevant. Gaara gets taken out easily and same for the mist village arguably the weakest nation in Naruto.

Agree that the poison should have zero effect here. Naruto immobilised tendo after defeating him by removing the rods. This implies the paths are more like long range meat puppets. Each paths is given an ability by tuning the chakra frequency with different rod placements and piercings. Genjustsu works because it disrupts the frequency. The rods connect to Nagato's spine and nervous system. That's why he can have 6 different sight lines. 6 separate senses of sight connected to him as jiraiya says like cameras. Genjustu is stated to work by affecting a sense. Unless you want to argue the poison can affect the rods directly it should be irrelevant. Which also goes for the summons as they are pierced with rods and act as eyes also. Animal path should easily combat Hanzo alone
@MarkGallagher2401 the only poison thay should be an excuse is Saiken, but for some ungodly reason, Pain won that. Though Utukata took 2 paths with him before he died.
@@gentletal5101 Agreed. Saikens ability is shown as an acid which could corrode the rods. If pain had this info it explains the win as he showed up with the full 6 paths. The only time we see the full six paths shown are for that fight and the leaf invasion. All akatsuki meeting only show Tendo. Jiraya was given 2-3 until he bested those paths then was finished with the 6. The akatsuki go after jinchuriki in groups of 2. This implies that pain sees the 6 tails as equal a threat to the leaf village itself. Or at the very least he'll need all 6 abilities to complete the task
This is ridiculous and completely wrong.
Jiraiya and orochimaru got stonger overtime. Tsunade got stronger when she became hokage because she took took her job seriously. Yes jiraiya was surprised about hanzo death but he was fully prepared to fight the person that killed him. Also poison wouldn't effect any of the pains because they are dead bodies.
The cloud village would win the raikage is faster then any of the pains and killer bee is close to his speed. Darui was able to fight kinkaku and ginkaku. Pain isn't beating the cloud.

@@Virhtueit really depends how fast Darui gets in gear, if Ay hits Gakido and if Ay's armor can be absorbed. Gakido would be a problem for the Cloud beyond all the others, most of them can probably wreck the others besides Tendo, but A/B are sturdy enough to take Tendo by itself.

@@DS123-gb8tf I think A, B, or Darui could all probably dunk on everything but Tendo/Gakido, Cee/Mabui is a wildcard as to whether they help at all, so the only real question is how long the revival Pain can keep Gakido on the field... If both get wrecked early by Ay I think the Cloud just auto-wins as Tendo has nothing to fight 2 tanky lightning masters simultaneously.
Laser Circus wrecks most of the other Pains leaving Tendo vs A/B... Though their "combo" is unusable most likely.

Yeah ohnoki or raikage solo cant take pain full power almighty push. Everyone else is pretty irrelevant. Gaara gets taken out easily and same for the mist village arguably the weakest nation in Naruto.

Not really in early Shippuden, however when discussing far later variants such as very late war arc Gaara and then Boruto era, Kazekage Gaara, yes he demolished Pain.
