    I just added an Arris SBG8300 cable modem, set up with 5G. The printer cannot "find" it, but it does find the router alternative which is the non-5G. Any solution?

    Very well explained! I’ve had this printer for a few years now. I had to change my wifi network, and I followed all these steps to reset it, but at the very last step it won’t connect 😢

    When I go to Network it’s asking for a Manager ID and PIN. I have no idea what those are.

    I set up the device, but during the driver installation, I don't see any printer in the list of devices. Any hints pls?

    No SSID settings in the menu??

      Hi, Mike! If you need to check or change the SSID, each of the printers covered in this video let you do that. The manual tells you exactly how, so we recommend checking the manual for your specific model. You can look it up at usa.canon.com

      Thing is. I have it connected to my Wi-Fi and can print wireless from my desktop windows 10, but nobody's iPhone can see it as an air printer? YES we are on the same Wi-Fi network @@CanonUSA

    How do you delete on the wifi password step?

      Hi! If you make a mistake entering your password, tap the C button to erase one character at a time or hold it to erase your entire entry.
