I just added an Arris SBG8300 cable modem, set up with 5G. The printer cannot "find" it, but it does find the router alternative which is the non-5G. Any solution? Steve

Very well explained! I’ve had this printer for a few years now. I had to change my wifi network, and I followed all these steps to reset it, but at the very last step it won’t connect 😢

Thing is. I have it connected to my Wi-Fi and can print wireless from my desktop windows 10, but nobody's iPhone can see it as an air printer? YES we are on the same Wi-Fi network @@CanonUSA
