      Company is separate legal entity.
      Kal agar adani ne loan default kiye tho uske personal assets ko koi chu nahi sakta. Par agar kal 1 individual ne loan default kiya to tere personal asset ke saath tuze bhi chukar jayenge 😂.

    Youngsters, if possible, buy a home early late 30s is good. Post 40 EMI will be painful given the hectic work or if you want to start your own business

      Completely wrong suggestion. Buy a book called “Gain financial freedom by Deepak mullick” and read chapter 5 “roti kapda and 2bhk” page 80 you’ll understand real game. Don’t get trapped on long term emis you’ll regret it till your last breath.

    Anshuman is just focusing on his content and not helping in fixing anything. A person earning 30 Lacs pa can get atleast in hand 2.25 L pm post tax benefits.
    Either Anshumam doesn't know this or he is not willing to help people and just focus on his content and sponsorship

      @@rohank2825 agree...that's messed up...Anshuman did not help in anything to this chap, instead his aim is to solely push Mutual funds and Insurance. Understand its important, but the basic fundamental issue and fixing needed was in saving tax and educate ppl in similar tax bracket to save tax first....The money saved can easily be reinvested and help him clear the loan.....
      What a disappointment....

    Anshuman, please take this feedback very seriously. At times you learn from your critics:
    1. You are deviating from the core subject. This wasn’t even near to Fix your Finance stuff you did in past.
    2. This looked like a sheer promotion of the mic you were talking ( sorry screaming 😢) & have nothing to do with the other person.
    3. Earn the credibility. Learn a little from Ankur Warikoo. See the way he is trying to fix the finance for folks in his show. Explain them - how can they reduce their spends, expenditures, lower their tax and many more. There are many things which you can do through this show.
    I hope you will seriously consider my points and will implement these strategies for your upcoming sessions. There is no harm in learning it from your followers.

    I understand the point of mathematically not supporting LIC investments, but if you look at an outside case, don't you think its a really secured form of insurance/investment? just keeping 7k per month doesn't hurt, but the money saved definitely helps you feel secured for your child.

      @@arijitsadhu0624 if someone's starts an lic plan at 25 years for just a 25 year long plan, so exactly by the time your child will be looking for higher education, you will have a good amount to begin with, even if you don't need that instantly, put a big chunk of it stocks, and you will definitely have huge returns by the time the child starts college or you can still have an option to make your child pursue masters maybe even in foreign countries.

    Term insurance is very unreliable it is very easy to say ki 15-16k m 1cr ka term insurance is better than LIC but not for everyone there are many such cases in which insurance companies gives useless excuses to not give money to the family i am not saying that they are no such cases in LIC, but its still reliable than private insurance companies .

    This Finfluencer literally influenced this guy to sell his homes.. Stop his LIC.. And invest everything in Nifty 50 and SIPs. 😂
    What pattern I have seen in Finfluencers is dat, na aap ghar mein invest Karo, na LIC lo, na FD Karo.
    Sirf SIPs and stocks mein paise daalo, rent pe raho, jyada risk lo!
    And this is how u become financially free!
    I don't agree to all this..
    Yeh video mein he says 35 age ke baad loan lo.. Yaha IT mein logon ka mid 40s mein retirement ho raha hain.. 30s mein logon ko mid life crisis ho raha hain.. And they advice ki aap zindagi ko daav pe laga ke.. 35 saal tak corporate ghulami Karo aur sirf rent pe raho.
    Aaj Kal 24 saal ke ladke bhi 50,000 salary kama rahe hain.. 40 tak toh unka loan khatam ho jayega agar woh 20s mein loan le.. But then yeh theory Finfluencers ko achi nhi Lagti.. Kyun ki agar young ladka EMI bharega 20s mein toh inke sponsored videos ke partners like grow, zerodha,m stocks, etc.. Mein paisa kaun dalega? Be wise guys and don't follow these Finfluencers blindly!

      @@Gyaan_paapi 40s tak ghar rahega toh road pe kyun baithega. He will also have accumulated corpus by way of EPF Contribution. 40s ke baad he is free to do consulting.. He can then start putting money in SIPs and stock. Inflation beat savings nhi Karega.. Ghar ka value to appreciate karega na. SIPs karke koi 13% ka return guaranteed hain kya? Kaha likha hain? Past trends in market can't predict future of your portfolio.

Jyada responsibility nhi hoti as bachelors or when u have just started a family. 45 ke baad jab job ka bharosa nhi, health ka bharosa nhi.. Tab aap Bada loan leke baitoge along wid responsibility of family and kids. Isliye toh burnout ho raha hain IT employees ka especially.! Totally wrong way of thinking..       @@chiranjeev4804 ghar ka value increase hone se kya faida? That is not an investment if you are living in it, if you are consuming it then it is a service not asset. Even if it appreciates and becomes double, bech denge usko? Toh rehega kahape? 40s me rent me rahega fir? I m not saying ki after 35 loan lo, what i am saying is you should have a decent amount of investment towards retirement before taking that huge burden.

      @@montybagga i have same stress bro of debts even I started gaining weight looking more than my age but years back slowly i started clearing my loans emi etc and focussed on my health now it feels better and even I look better , still 20 kgs more to reduce by year end probably and still 5 lakh debt to pay off in next 2yrs
