You mentioned this being its own original art; it seems to be be artwork from the comic book series that's been going on the past few years (published by BOOM Comics).

It is the artwork from the comic and its the only reason I'm even considering buying it. I absolutely loathe games that use stills from T.V and Movies.

That’s good to know. I was just more pointing out my relief that they didn’t use stills

I feel like there was a golden opportunity missed here at making a co-op deckbuilder in the same vain as Aeon's End, Legendary, Dragonfire, Harry Potter etc. The game looks decent though.
How does the game handle the randomness of the market deck? It was said that the team takes damage every round for cards in the market that don't belong to your team....so what if the villains have 5 cards sitting in the market and the power rangers have 1? Seems like it could get a lopsided.

Unless the rangers managed to destroy those villain cards, they will be damaged by 5 each turn. It can changed when the villains purchased those cards then be replaced by either a neutral or hero card

There are lots of ways to handle removing cards from the row. However balancing that is part of the game.

There is word of a co-op variant coming down the line.

A friend just got the game and 4 of us have played it a few times with 2v2 and 1v1. Rng hurts a lot. Also the villians do struggle it seems to do a lot of damage especially when heros tend to have more block options. The zords do damage far better than the villian masters. Based on what the masters do id say the zords should do stuff like one to draw one to gain power one to damage but not all but 2 doing damage thats overkill

Good job Ryan. Me and Britt have been having a lot of fun with this one. I have yet to play as the bad guys yet, she likes being evil too much.

One thing that I didnt like here is the card backs of the market deck. They dont fit the color scheme of the Power Rangers for me.

Yeah it does seem like a weird choice. Purple and Yellow like they are Los Angeles Lakers fans or something, haha.
