For context, many years ago (including my early childhood in the 70s) a rag 'n bone man was a guy that came around every so often with a cart and would take any unwanted belongings that you had. Generally speaking nothing too large as the cart was something that he could push/pull by hand or by bicycle. He would shout Rag 'n Bone! kinda like an ice cream van but without the Mr Whippy. I absolutely love this song but that has nothing to do with the context I just gave 😄
