    Coop, I have a turbo kit for an ej22 thats been sitting it my garage for a few years. Single port exhaust manifold, otherwise should be similar. Its yours if you pay for shipping and slap it on there.

  • @alreed2434
    @alreed2434 3 года назад

    Fix the exhaust leaks so the o2 reading is accurate. Replace plugs and wires sounds like a plug may have a carbon trace or have opened up completely. Vacuum hoses as well may need replacing very likely.

      @@johnson3.7 there’s plenty of expensive gambler cars. This Subaru isn’t worth 500$, so if he showed up and said he paid 2500$ they’d probably just tell him he got jacked and put him at the front of the pack. It’s not like it’s gonna win, or even finish... it’s a Subaru.

      After fixing the leak & cleaning injectors, do an idle relearn also. My buddies forestor always idles poorly after pulling the power until he does an idle relearn. From what I remember kill power to computer, wait a minute, power up computer. Start car and let it idle until fans come on (15 minutes) without touching the throttle. Turn off and restart.

    COOP!
    Get some unequal length headers and a cheap exhaust... it will sound badass
    You can get a header on Ebay for $250 then just get some 2.25" pipe, a flex joint, a generic high flow car, and cheap muffler, weld it up and you have a nice sound for $500
