My power was out for the past two days because of wonderful North Dakota, winter weather. The last two nights I sat in the dark bundled up reading by flashlight, freezing my ass off. No TV, no wifi, NO HEAT. The whole town was shut down (no power anywhere), great setting for a horror story, 'ey.... Anyways, power finally came on tonight and it is awesome to have a good story waiting. Thanks Doc. Great job as always.
Dr. Creepen I love stories about the black eyed kids. And this story was masterfully written and told. Made my day (only because that situation has a snowball's chance in hell of happening to me). ^_^
Black eyed children wow one of the urban legends true and scary. They say those kids are normally sited in Texas in isolated areas an woods or middle of nowhere I never thought they would be killers trying to ask someone to open door. It's one scary story dr. Creepen. Scary an awesome thank you for the black eyed children story.
Well done on this story doctor. Your tone just made it all the more unsettling. I've been listening to all your old stories and MAN ARE THEY GOOD. Looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for you.
MmmBrainss, kudos to you, this was one genuinely scary tale. And kudos to you too, Dr. Creepen, for your magnificent narration. Warmed the cockles of my evil heart to read that the story took place here in my hometown, St. Louis Missouri. The fuglies here are notoriously rude and impolite. That Ozark bigfoot down the street is one nasty character. His house is usually covered with flies because he won't put his trash on the curb for pickup. And don't get me started on those gremlins next door....
This was a good one. And with you narrating, it always makes the story better! I really think you have the most amazing voice I have ever heard in my life, and I mean it! Thank you once again for taking the time to share your gift with us. I look forward to hearing what you create next.
I'm fascinated by black eyed children. Those were worse by a few factors. Also would have been polite of the realtor to disclose that the nearby woods were infested by demonic children.
So agreed! Technically by law they do not have to disclose any supernatural things. If there was a murder though they have to release that to potential clients.....and btw this is the scariest bek story ever. You have the perfect voice!!!
@@skylartipton909 That's because it wasn't thought of enough to be a law. And the government doesn't care to even try to believe in supernatural things

Adam Steed Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. A lot of the credit goes to the Dr though. He made it come alive. I'm glad I could be museful (see what I did there? Lol). I don't see any other comments though. But I'd be interested in hearing a continuation. I just felt a cliff hanger was fitting haha
This is geniusly narrated and written story. Wow this has to be one of the creepiest narrations Ive heard on these channels. Good stuff and cant wait to listen to more from you guys!!!
I always figured I would have no problem taking out creepy possessed kids. another great story +MmmBrainss! Doc, Great pick to end the year. Happy New Years from Washington State!
I love the black eyed kid stories. I've always wanted to write one about them... Great narration as usual. Your collaboration on Dogman/Rake is awesome. You bring that added OOMPH! to the tale. There wasn't much in this world or any other for that matter that Abigail despised. She'd met and chatted with many...things out there. Not all of them good, nor bad. Most just existed. There wasn't much that made her overly angry or fearful. Most of the "old things" that existed had no wish to be bothered, or bother others. Much of those encounters were in part misunderstandings. Misunderstandings that sometimes led to bad things happening. Some of them viewed anything, not themselves as food. Much as humans view other animals as either pet or food. Neither good nor evil. However, there was one classification of being that infuriated her and made her question existence at times. The bully. She'd encountered many things in her travels and let them live simply because they may be disgusting and vile to others, and defended themselves or their lands and homes. But sought no intentional malice. The bully, however, whether Echo, human, or Old Thing, she despised them. They were a different entity altogether. What scared her most was knowing she could not save everyone, and this is why she spent time alone these days. A day ago, she felt something as she drove through a random town, in a random state. Drawn to the vacant property, she saw the for sale sign on the lawn. Her eyes narrowed, and she could feel her blood boil. Pulling out her cell phone, she dialed the number.
Oh My Gosh!! Here we are again out in the woods!!! I can assure you,,I Won't be going outside, for sure!!! That was Creepy as all git out!!! You were The perfect person to narrate it ! I liked that you didn't have background music,,,it would have taken away from the horror of it! Thanks for another Great read!!
Heh heh, some time around minute 34 when the main character is calling a priest, Dr. Creepen did one of those accidental word reversals that happen sometimes. He narrated, "I could hear his voice in his age" instead of saying, "I could hear his age in his voice." Just got a little chuckle out of that. Thanks for all the stories, Doctor. I've been binge-listening for the past few days. You do have one of the best voices for this sort of thing, very professional.
You live in St. Louis, one of the most homicidal cities in not only the U.S, but one of the top 100 violent cities in the world. I would not be surprised if ragging psychopaths were not the only thing to worry about, but rather aggressive paranormal entities as well.

I prefer seeing this creature as a predatory supernatural animal that become capable of using a human-shaped mimikry for a more efficient hunt, the term "Demon" is not scientific and too ridiculous religious (killable with holy water...) and therefore not really frightening in my opinion.
