Hi Dave I'm impressed on yr knowledge of all these happy hour places.
The first time I was in Vegas it was a small town. Today there are so many places, you never get to see everything. The more u talk abt places to play, eat and stay, the more you entice me to want to go back to Vegas. 😊
Keep the info coming.
Thanx Dave. Sounds like you've been around 🎉🍷🍻 😋
Heading to Pearl River Resorts in Choctaw, Mississippi on Saturday! Coming home Tuesday! Have $700. in bonus bet and again on Monday! $600. in retail credits and room and all the delicious food comped in any restaurant I want! Can't beat it for a great getaway! Having lunch Monday with my host and going to catch up with friends! Love it and can't wait! We only go once every two to three months due to the 4 hrs trip, plus we have life at home! So, yeah, that's my weekend plans! Wish you, Marc, Jode and Brantley could come! It's a great class three resort! It's a tribal set of casinos that we absolutely love! Great shopping and amazing atmosphere! No smoky environment and top-notch service!
Happy hour at the bar at il Fornaio in NYNY is great, too...
I ✈️ to Vegas next week! Golden Nugget here I come.
Great place to stay and play! good luck frank!
Dave, we're 'murican and we say "brah-cee-air." 😆
Thanks for all the recs! Will check it out.
so bad at french anything , drives my cajun friends crazy.
Thanks, Dave, for great happy hour information. I'm totally in for pizza and tacos as happy hour items!
Here in Wausau, WI, we're a 50-55 minute drive from Mohican North Star Casino - an Indian casino with over 1,000 slot machines (including high limit and ultra high limit slot rooms). My friend and I enjoy eating in the Groove sports lounge there. At the Groove, the bar is open 7 days a week from 11 AM to 9 PM, and there are 2 happy hour periods (11 AM - 1 PM and 5 PM - 7 PM). Happy hour specials include: $2 rail drinks, $3 doubles, and $2.50 domestic beers. Doesn't sound as "plush" as some of the Vegas happy hours, but we Wisconsinites take advantage of this very nice (in my opinion) sports lounge!
Those sound like great deals.
My weekend plans are as follows: I'm taking off work tomorrow (Friday) due to personal religious beliefs on Good Friday. I plan to go to my church early in the afternoon. Later that afternoon, I plan to go to a fish fry with a couple friends.
Saturday may be a stay at home day, as there's a chance of freezing rain in the forecast here. Easter Sunday is an early riser for me. I'm a church choir director, and I'm having my choir there at church by 7:30 warmups for an 8:00 Easter service. I'll attend my church's Easter breakfast - the food there is homemade and GREAT!
After church, I'm heading to North Star Casino (mentioned just below) with a friend. We'll meet my friend's son and granddaughter there and will attend the casino's Easter buffet. I don't know if my friend and I will stay there to gamble after the buffet. Have a great Easter weekend!
sounds like a full weekend alan!
Happy hour instead of dinner saves so much money in LV. I don’t drink, but some great food happy hours are Peppermill 3-6, Le Thai downtown 3-6, Sapporo Town Square Shopping Center 4-6. There’s a whole chain of Japanese and Korean places that have $20 AYCE deals from 9 to close (Umami is one), and the Coronado at South Point has ridiculous specials midnight to 6 am.
Hi Dave, STK runs 2:30 - 5:30 7 days a week according to their latest info on their webpage
Happy Easter everyone!
When I think of happy hour, deviled eggs aren't the first thing I normally think of. 😄 Interesting.
In my trips, all day is happy hour hahah. Love the tips guys. Hope to meet up soon!
Great video, love Happy hours then snack for dinner. Save money for machines.
Not a drinker at all but the pizza at the Yardhouse is very good...👍
According to the Las Vegas Advisor channel, Slots of Fun is going old school. 75 old school coin in coin out machines now. $2 menu, shrimp cocktail, hot dog and beers. Thing is they don't have any parking. You have to park at circus circus or across the street at Fountainebleau
Every hour is happy hour 😂🤣
Good Morning Dave. Have a Blessed Thursday always to you and Marc great tips. Dont have any plans for Easter Weekend. Didnt plan anything got caught oof guard usually its in April. I dont have grandkids, my son and daughter n law dont wont children and i understand. So hope yall have a Blessed 🐰🐣
Excellent!😮
Great video. definitely some deals to be found via Happy Hour. oh and i know you didnt want to touch on it but ya the best BBQ is beef. Although I'm in Kentucky I side with the Texas BBQ afficianados.
MY FAVORITE TOPIC!
Bbq in Texas is king..Franklins in Austin! Salt Lick! Hard 8 in Coppell
And in those 30mins you get off in full revolution😃
Information about the taxes after a big win would be nice but you may have already covered that in an earlier tip
It’s very difficult to go further in depth as we are not tax professionals and all information is from reading or experience.
Content suggestion : Use editing (on April 1st) to 'prove' a few of the Bogus myths by getting Jackpots 🎰💵💰 PS: Don't forget your tinfoil hat. 😂
brilliant !
Are drinks free if you are gambling?
Not always
Check with the bartender, he'll explain how much to insert into the bar-top machine ($10-$20) & how much to wager per hand.
Some machines have lights (on the back) that you need to keep lit to drink for free. The bartender may tell you that he can "comp" $15-$17 drinks (ridiculous prices).
On the floor, you may have to wait some time for a cocktail server, then, an additional amount of time for them to find you again, with your drink.
Don't try to "beat" the system, there are plenty of cheap places to get drinks.
Of couse Dave would do this video lol
hells yeah :)
