That way, the face may stay in position and a torsion gets applied on other elements on the disc since rotation is applied...Anyway thanks for the reply😄

Disc face fixed with the wheels hub, and the disc rotates with hub only. Separately it cannot rotate😊

Face attached with hub and hub with disc rotates according to the wheels only
