I was wondering if the clamps on the power cables need a brush with a wire wheel to clean them up a touch. It seems that bracket that holds the battery in place is in an awkward spot being so close to the terminals. I'm not telling you how to do your job mate. Just thinking out loud sort of thing. That filler will save your back a hammering. Good to see you get her running again.
