I went to college with a NFL player who was getting his degree in the offseason and he was super chill. Told me it was well over half that smoke daily. But hardly any before game, don’t need to smoke when they’ll give you morphine lol. Only drug test for marijuana was right before training camp

Smoking and weed in general are just stupid if you actually care about your health and are trying to reach your full physical potential. Besides some calming of the mind, it only ever has negative effects on your body. That calming can also be achieved and further enhanced through other processes that are many times healthier and in no way detriment your body's health. In conclusion, if you're mature and actually care about yourself and body, don't smoke or use weed in any other forms.

Edit: Actually, let me add that I'm not sure why he refrained from mentioning Harvin. He openly admits that he hasn't played a sober game of football since Junior High. Dude became a 5* recruit, a star at Florida and at times a dominant professional all while high.
Other dudes play yapped up on painkillers, others (legal) steroids and non-opiate painkillers.
Most players are high, tbh. Those playing on Vitamin THC are probably dwarfed by those on a bunch of other stuff.

In my rugby days, smoking was in the contract as an immediate termination. In terms of supplements like vitamins, the big private school systems would use pre-workout uppers that were either banned or very dubious due to amphetamine usage, the only other is caffeine tablets that truckers would use, I saw a guy pop 10 as he didn't know how strong they were and tears ran down his face the whole 90 minute game.
If you're smoking str8 pressure in a hotel room nothing you can do will make that smell go completely away except time. That tunnel would work slightly but someone could deff be able to still smell it doing that I've tried.

i know this sounds hella ignorant but it seems like if you do proper cardio that you produce better mucus and it almost seems like it minimizes smoking damage. these benefits are lost when not actively exercising. sometimes ill intentionally smoke after a sweat because it feels that much better than before.

I played better when I smoked weed before hockey back in the day, everything felt a little bit better. I swear catching a pass just didnt feel right if I wasnt stoned, it slowed everything down just enough. I was still able to skate hard and give it a great effort, wasnt lazy or anything.

Pat doesn't know the hotel bathroom trick..........turn the bathroom fan on, turn the shower on it's hottest until it steams then blow into the steam and let the fan take it outside. The steam takes the smell away. You can also do the bathroom trick with an empty tp roll and dryer sheets if it's real sticky.
I live near tyreek hill he lives outside of Lees Summit Missouri in lake lotawana and every once in awhile he will be outside barbecuing or mowing the lawn and I guarantee you what he is smoking on is not a cigar
Personally, I don’t see the point in risking millions of dollars. As a former athlete, I never indulged in anything, as I never wanted that to potentially be the reason for my downfall. I figured, I’ll have plenty of time to do what I like after my playing days. To each their own though.
