I find your RUclips mini-masterclasses very inspiring. You speak to your students with respect, clarity, warmth and modest good humor. That first guy has a cello that doesn't fit him. He has so much skill, but I feel that he is held back by the quality of his cello. He is so good

Yep, very nice - you have only had 200 years + to work it out, in the end it is a concerto and if the rest of the orchestra don't get it you are lost.
