Yes, prepping my skin has skyrocketed the look and wear of my complexion products. I can now go for shimmering and glowy products around my most porous areas without causing them to be highlighted. I've been having fun experimenting with my makeup routine.
Your NYE look inspired me to do an all blue version of it since blue is the color I work with the least on its own. I have also been loving mixing and layering cream and powder complexion products. Happy New Year to you and the community, and let's all be better versions of ourselves. 🤗

I tried the YSL all hours foundation on your recommendation & it’s stunning! I’m also really loving the new Makeup By Mario foundation! I hesitated when it launched but I kept seeing positive reviews from a variety of skin types so I finally pulled the trigger on it. If you haven’t tried it yet, you need to! I’m amazed at how good it looks on my skin. I’m 43, normal to dry in the winter (oily t-zone in the summer), texture, pores, acne scars, sun damage, the whole gambit lol. It is insanely gorgeous! It wears well for me too so I’m hooked.
Dior powder no powder is easily my favorite pressed powder of all time. Love it! ❤

Ooh I agree! I just got my Makeup by Mario foundation yesterday and wore it today and it’s BEAUTIFUL!! Iv had it on for 4.5 hrs right now and it still looks great☺️

My favorite concealer combo has been mixing the CT concealer with the hourglass, they work great together. It also tones down the shimmer in the CT.

Hey! Have you done your favorite mascaras? I’d love to get your input. I’m currently using “sky high” from Maybelline and I LOVE it. I have like 10 eyelashes, but it makes me look like I have full long lashes - it’s amazing! But I also wanted to see if there are other good ones you recommend. 😉
Side note: your hair looks beautiful! It’s grown sooo much! 😍
Ooooh I will have to try! Maybelline is my favorite drugstore brand, especially for mascaras!!!! My top faves are Hourglass Caution, Caliray Come Hell Or High Water, Clio Kill Lash, Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes💫🎉

I like the CT cream bronzer too but I got #2 and it’s a bit ashy on me. So my favorite is the Gucci Bronzer. The Dior Forever got1st place with me. Givenchy loose powder or Charlotte T compact powder. {used by tapping only} . I definitely need to get that Mario pallet. Looks pretty. 💄👄💖

@@ImMalloryBrooke well I have two. One has pinks but just looks soft on the skin. Not so pink. The other one is kinda four shades of neutral. I love them both. The products are getting harder to find in the USA. The two places I bought are no longer in business. Sad…

What product do you use on your eyebrows?
I unfortunately really disliked the CT concealer. It has glitter in it, on me it looks really bad because of that.

It settles into the lines under my eyes. I’m 23 and don’t have many but it makes it look like I do. I always set it with powder immediately after.
If you let it sit for a few minutes eg I do my contour after I have place it on my skin, then after I have contoured I blend it out xxx
Mal what in the heak happened to the under eye moisture setting loose powder?? It kept hydration under your eyes. I pulled out my sample from Nordstrom that had to b 4-5yrs old only to find they went out of biz. Can’t remember the name dang it. Can’t find anything close to use as a setting powder that comes close. I’ll find out the name. Mal it was BECCA. Yep .. don’t wear much makeup anymore. 50 now & it’s just a free feeling

That’s EXACTLY what I ended up doing right after filming this😰 I don’t know a better way to solve the issue which SUCKS because I love this powder….but it’s so effing EXPENSIVE 🫠🥲

I couldn’t use the YSL foundation as the fragrance would trigger my sensitivity and rosacea.
Oh man, I’m sorry to hear that. Fragrance is never the best, but this one is reallllly light, so my skin seems to handle it ok.

Holy cow, I had to watch like 5 times to see that. I guess I was paying attention to what she was saying/doing. Maybe she lives with an actual human who was moving.
I love this foundation but I think when I use it I get little pimples like allergy on my chin. When I stop the go away. I did one and off three times and I had the same pimples. I don’t understand why this is happening? I saw the ingredients nothing seems to explain that. Did anyone have this reaction? I am so sad because I finally found a foundation that I love everything about it and I cannot wear!😢

THATS wit ANY mascara!! ANY mascara when it dries u can just flick it off lol, ive done it FOR YEARS on clients and myself!! Doesnt have to be a 'tubing' mascara JS!!!
Oh absolutely you can do this with MOST mascaras, but tubing mascaras and fiber mascaras come off so much easier👏🏻🤘🏻
