The mechanic that you cannot stay in one spot for long was actually planned for the alpha 1 3RD floor, but was cut along with the 3RD floor. I know this from the official alpha 1 floor plans.
The flour is the leftover from alphas 1-2. It is STILL in the Modkit today, even has a blueprint, though leaves behind red cubes instead of footprints. There is actually a lot of alpha leftovers in the modkit, for example, BP_Parrot (the crow in alpha 2 that alerts the neighbor to your location), BP_Crow (still functioning in the release game. Used it in my mod). BP_Elevator (crashes modkit), BP_GateTerminal (what??), there are also baby cubes, though the texture for them in missing, Pre Alpha - Alpha 1 & 2 chase music, white door border from alpha pre - 1 & 1.5, and a whole lot other stuff like tomatoes from the Announcement Trailer version. Also unused Door Double L mesh, the Nut mesh, textures for old stuff and old lock blueprints (and keys, broken handling offsets). And that's not all but i can not really explain all of it here EDIT: The footage of Neighbor's perspective chasing the player. It is (and remains in the modkit today) a material called NeighbourView. It is currently not functioning due to engine and game updates.
BP_Elevator actually does not crash modkit, you just need connect stuff like BP_Floors and BP_Caller (basically elevator-related stuff) to BP_Elevator and it will work, ive tried myself

Okay, let me address my opinions on Hello Neighbor. Everyone hates it, but I don’t think it’s worth half the hate. Sure, the full game starting from Alpha 3 was sh#t, but I think some Alphas don’t deserve hate, mainly Alpha 2. Okay, some people hate the DevGAMM, and believe me, I’ve seen comments of people saying that. But the truth is, DevGAMM was just a concept animation at the time. There was no basement concept, no art style, no textures, and no graphics optimization. It was only after from the Prototype to the Full Game, that the basement concept was made. Okay, Prototype. In my opinion, I think the Prototype till Alpha 2 deserves the same opinion. Sure, Alpha 2 changed the art style from good to poor, but the house was the best for Alpha 2. I think Alpha 2 was the best Alpha, and in second place was the Pre Alpha. It was from Alpha 3 till Full Game that the developers f#cked up and made the house abstract to match the cartoony art style. I think it was from here that the game started to become worse. Until Hello Neighbor 2. Now, I specifically made this comment to talk about the Alphas for the first Hello Neighbor game, but I do want to talk about the second title. Now the second title only had 2 Alphas until the Beta was released, and you have to pay either $40.00 or $60.00 to get the Beta and the full game. Now, let’s assume that the Beta is $20.00 because if you had to pay $40.00 minus the $20.00 DLCs that you’d get if you pay $60.00, which means that the full game would probably cost $20.00 as well. I may be wrong but this is just my guess. Now why would someone pay $20.00 for a game you can SPEEDRUN without speed running skills in 60 SECONDS OR LESS?! It makes no sense. Personally, I think Tinybuild should make the Beta free but the full game $20.00 or more, and with $10.00 to $20.00 for the DLCs. Oh yeah, the Alphas for Hello Neighbor 2. Unless you have a top-of-the-line Gaming PC or fricking $500.00 or more, I don’t think you can expect yourself to play the Alphas at the lowest graphical settings, let alone the Beta, Full Game, or even the Full Release for Hello Neighbor.

Well, The unfinished rooms which came In the final release, Were very expected to be In the video because Alpha 3 Isn't a normal act 3, It didn't have everything It had in the final release. (Also the bucket became smaller because when you pick up something when you're big, It becomes the size that you'd be able to pick up, I figured this out by hacking.)
I'm here again 2 years later. How do you more easily get to the Alpha 2 house on the Alpha 2 map? I always spawn in the basement and have to destroy the roof before I can teleport to it. I tried playing through story mode and jumping straight into the action, but I still spawned in the basement.
It's been so long since I've done this stuff so I may be wrong: try doing the toggledebugcamera command in the basement and fly up to the main level. Then look at something and do the teleport command.

Why do people complain about alpha 3. It is not that bad. Here are some reasons I love alpha 3. 1. It is set in the dark. I love the dark. 2. The neighbour has a better ai in alpha 3. And 3 . You have to do parkour

Once you are there, jump into the window that usually has the room with the Apple shooters. You will see a gate. Use the gun and shoot on the ground. Use the bullets from the gun to try to hit a lever that is on the other side of the gate. Once you hit the lever, the gate will open and you can go to the first train station.
Now For the train station that has the trees in it. You have to go back to the balcony and jump on the ladder. You then have to jump into those tiny windows. This can be tricky and annoying to do. You then need to stack some boxes or something and jump onto the higher area of the roof. From there you need to walk on the roof and you should see some windows. Jump into them, it’s at a weird angle. There should be a ladder in there. Just go up it and you will be in the station

The shark assets are actually used in Alpha 3. If you explore out of bounds, near the "*WELCOME TO ALPHA 3*" sign is a box with a shark in it.
