When I was there between 08/2015 and 08/2018, it was only $1 for both EZPASS and CASH. Thanks for the video, which brought me many good memories! Or, in other words, it's my US hometown.
That store at 18:40 is actually a hardware store and my favorite place in town. You were lucky that one of the tower guys was there to give you a tour that day as we aren’t normally open!

Yes, it was my lucky day! I liked East Stroudsburg. Would be great if regular passenger train service returned to it someday.
