I have a disability (fibromyalgia) that causes severe fatigue, so i am not able to do my exercises everyday. I find that keeping to a routine that is manageable for me personally is key. When my shoulder (torn rotator cuff) was really bad, i did my physio exercises every other day for a few weeks, and this made me so fatigued that I was bed bound around 3hrs a day and unable to cook for myself or wash everyday. But my shoulder is getting better and I have managed to not need much time off work, so it was worth it. Now i can just do my physio exercises twice a week and i find it's still getting better but now i have more energy so am just in bed an hour or 2 a day, my quality of life is much better. Just find what works for you x
I really believe in what you have just said. I follow Scott Jurek, ultra runner, read his book couple years ago about eating for fuel. What works for me is entering a race. I am running my first Ultra next month. I paid entry fee and now I am paying through training, a commitment to exercise.
I get mine in early in the morning before I'm fully awake to get it out of the way but I pay attention to my progress and that gets me going and keeps me motivated. Thanks for your informative videos!!! You're so helpful. 😃

Before and after my back surgery had low endurance and pain tolerance for exercises ( but being an occupational therapist) I know how extremely important my exercises were. I used to get up during commercial breaks do my exercises, show come back on ice, commercial back up again exercises. I still incorporate this now that I'm much better, will do squats for commercial break or burpeess , push ups, step ups whatever works !
I Remember my visit to the USA ...commercials on TV every 10 minutes.....so i reckon if you are American you work more than average ?
I remind myself how much it hurts when I slack off my PT for a few days.

keeping up with what you do everyday on a large calender, and setting weekly goals seems to help me to stay on track
"Nothin' to it but to do it." that's what I say often-times. just do it. only in certain scenarios could you possibly regret it

I hear ya, but hard to hear them 😆. I have to raise my volume all the way up.
I always keep the volume up. I think mostly cause it's a tablet and not a regular computer,and I think it was updating,cause I can hear it now.
I feel sluggish when I miss a training day and I also want to look good for my girlfriend so that motivates me as well
When I have no motivation to exercise I watch Rocky and
His Friends- then I am ready to go.
I also have hard time hearing, perhaps a clip on microphone would help. I watch on my iPad. Thanks for all your info.

i have a hard time doing little bits each day
im more an all or nothing kinda guy
i would be happy pushing past everything and keep going
or
not do anything at all
i would very much like to change this
