What a beautiful tribute to a beautiful place. Thank you for showing how to do this. You made the idea of photo to stitch less intimidating. Can’t wait to try this 😊
You can do it! I have so many pictures of Quebec City that I want to stitch but those are intimidating for me. Maybe one day I’ll figure out how to make it work.
@@cookingjennfer I have just got interested in geology ... all of those rocks - - WONDERFUL! Rocks tell a story .... did you know that they can create enough heat (with technology) that diamonds can be melted? Lots to love about rocks - - they tell a story ... it is chemistry! you are right! It would be well-worth the time to travel that far, especially when one has good company!
I love the part where there is no chatting in your videos. It’s so much more interesting and entertaining. And you give enough extra information on the screen to fill in needed instruction. Perfect🦋
just want to say, your title by itself is worthy of a poem. If I wrote one, I would call it a slightly shortened "How to slow stitch Flowerpot Island in Geeogian Bay", and credit you. I will come back to this, later. Hope you don't mind if I save it to my needle arts pinterest 'room'. i really like your approach, the non-speaking, music and the whole vibe.
I only have 100 characters to work with for the title so sometimes I sacrifice a comma. 😂 I enjoy stitching with some soft music in the background and usually stitch at the end of the day once the family has gone to bed. I don’t want to chat to anyone except the cat. 😊 I just want to focus on whatever I’m making and have some “me time”.
Jenn you did great❣It is a really good likeness. 😊 The trees are great are they Pine Trees? You have a lovely channel, I've been having some trouble with my mobile and it won't always let me "comment" but I always watch and👍. 🤗🌻🦋💚
I have never heard of Old Woman Bay! I have to see how far that is from Toronto. I’d love to see it if you want to share!? I’m on Facebook and Instagram. 😊
I love watching you stitch. You make magic happen 😊.
Thank you so much 😀

Your little landscapes are amazing! You make them seem simple and inspire us to try similar projects.
Thank you! I hope you do make some! I have created a group where you can share if you do. 😊 facebook.com/groups/104027752705629/
Beautiful. A work of art in fabric. And looks just like the photo of the island.
Thank you very much!
Brilliant as always, I could watch you all day, thank you 💖💖💖
Thank you! I wish I had more time to stitch and make videos.
EXCELLENT! That island has got to be a geologist dream destination!
Maybe! It sure was beautiful in real life. I want to go back soon. It’s about 3.5 hours drive for me but I think it’s worth it.

I didn’t know diamonds can be melted. That would really be something to see.
@@cookingjennfer I would not have known if I hadn't found a RUclips series called: "Is Genesis History?"
It is a serious eye-opener, to say the least.
Absolutely beautiful. Your attention to detail amazes me, as well as the smallness of your stitches. Thank you for sharing. Very inspirational.
Thank you so much! 😊

Thank you so much for watching and commenting! There are all all kinds of trees on the island. I’m sure some of them are pine! 😊
I did similar of Northern Ontario-Old Woman Bay. Mine is not as intricate as yours though but it was fun to do!!
I have never heard of Old Woman Bay! I have to see how far that is from Toronto. I’d love to see it if you want to share!? I’m on Facebook and Instagram. 😊
@@cookingjennfer it’s in Wawa, ON! So beautiful there
@@LisaLisa-zl9vu 9 hours from me but I see the pictures on Google and it looks gorgeous! Canada is so beautiful. I love getting out of the city.
@@LisaLisa-zl9vu I can use the Google pictures as inspiration and travel there through my stitching 😊.
