    Ran nyc marathon 2x. The bridges were tough for me. I ran hills during training but wish i did more. So get that angle up on the treadmill as a precaution. Hang in there its just the start of training. Nyc marathon is so freaking amazing you will love it

    After running several marathons via different schedules .. and not wanting to check schedules, I made it easy a few years ago and only run 6 miles every day , then my long run(according to 16 week schedule) and 1 day off ...so freaking simple and no thinking.
    My official start to training is July 17 (for 16 mile schedule)
