    I used Hanson’s plan for my marathon last month and it was the first time I felt like I truly executed my best effort race (which for me was finally getting a Boston qualifier and not feeling totally depleted after the race). I also flip flopped my Saturday/Sunday runs so I could run long on Saturdays, added in strength training after my speed/tempo runs plus did an easy Peloton ride on my “off” days and it worked out perfectly. Enjoy the process!!

      No app, i just made a Canva calendar template (shown on my computer screen)!

    (Silly) question. You mentioned Hal Higdon at the start. Are you using that also? Confused by that! X

      No I was just comparing my past experiences! I was saying I had used Hal’s plans for all of my half marathons so far and I do like them. Just trying a different approach with this one!
