I tried contrave about a year ago, I was constantly nauseated and throwing up. I know everyone is different so I hope it works for you pretty lady! 🥰 Also, I’m in Houston also girl, if you ever wanna start a walking group I’m so down! I live near the Deer Park area, nice trails around here!
That's what I have been hearing a lot of people would be nauseated on it, wow I'm sure that wasn't any fun at all. Thank you, I really hope it works for me too😅 Deer Park isn't too far from me, that would be so fun to do! I would definitely want to do that! Thank you so much for the suggestion🤍🤍🤍
Spread your legs extra wide to go deeper on your squats. Us big folks have to make some adjustments that others don’t have to think about. I appreciate your videos. You got this! 💪🏾
Hey there! You and I are around the same weight but I'm an older woman than you (38 years old). I started out at 315 but now I'm down to 289 today and still losing. I was looking into diet pills again but dropped the thought. I also took phetermine 7 years ago and it REALLY worked but I gained all the weight back. I then was prescribed by my doctor the injectable called Saxenda and had some success but not as much as I had with phetermine. I also took OTCs like Trimspa and Alli. I recently lost the 26 lbs in about 3 weeks doing both prolonged and intermittent fasting. I stopped looking into diet pills. Dr. Eric Berg here on RUclips has some really good videos on fasting paired with the Keto diet. I like his videos because he explains the why behind fasting so it's motivated me more so and totally changed my mindset. I've done intermittent fasting in the past but how i think about it is different today. I should add I have hypothyroidism now so it's been really hard to lose weight but fasting has done the trick. I'm hoping to reverse that condition in the next few months. My weight lost goal for Sept. is a modest 15lbs but we'll see what my body decides(it could be more). Anyhow I just wanted to share, woman to woman what I'm up to. I'm new to your channel but I know you've done intermittent fasting before. All that to say, I'm rooting for you! I know it's NOT easy. For me to carry around 300+ lbs has been hard physically and emotionally. I can't wait to see your future updates. Keep giving it your all.
Prescription not needed. I called and a doctor from the company will schedule a phone consultation. It’s a step program. They made me nauseous and caused me to be dizzy.
At least you are still trying to lose weight and not giving up!👍🏽 i trust depression & anxiety medicine more than weight loss pills but u dont know if something works until after u try it 🤷🏽♀️
I have been on it for over a year. I did not have any side effects. I found it helpful for sure. I was able to lose 40lbs. That being said, the weight loss has stalled, and this is frustrating. I have tried to take less of it, and my cravings definitely came back. I am open to trying something else. The price is also a concern for sure. But if this will help me lose weight I am willing to do it.
That's really good you had no side effects, 40lbs is a lot that is so amazing great job!! How long has it been stalled? Did you try ordering through the online pharmacy?
@@KaylaJayxo I am in Canada so I wasn’t aware of online pharmacies I could access. I have been paying the $250 month. I would say it has been stalled for about 4 months, but when I have tried to stop using it, my cravings and appetite came back. I guess I am grateful that it is still working. I know I need to work on the emotional eating for sure! And staying away from fast food.
I’m on Wegovy to help me lose my baby weight. I’ve been on it since February( I was 260lbs when I started) and I’ve lost a lot of weight. I should be at my goal weight of 150-170 by August or September of this year. My insurance covers my Wegovy and the savings card also helps with bringing the price down. ❤
I thought neltrexone was vivitrol shot for drug abuse and alcohol abuse? I didnt realize it was used for weightloss. I need to lose 50 plus pounds so my doctor is prescribing me wegovy its a shot like ozempic i believe its $700- $1000+ a month so if you have insurance you can get a preauthorization. Good luck hope it works for you
I bet that meal would've been really good over lettuce like a big salad! I love doing that to bulk up the meal and make feel full longer w/o adding lots of calories. You're the 2nd person I've seen using Factor on RUclips. I may have to try it! Sounds like they're tasty and convenient :)
Hi Kayla, my coworker got VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) it's a procedure to help you lose weight. I was supposed to get the surgery last year but I got laid off from my job. Now that I have a new job, once I get my health benefits, I will get the surgery. If you are interested in the procedure, there are lots of channels on RUclips who had the procedure and they feel great. Once again, if you're interested in the procedure. Bless you friend.
I strongly suggest Chloe Ting's work-out and let me tell you, being CONSISTANT is key and ever since May of this year I've lost 30lbs just doing her work-outs. There's a Discord and everything for information and health choices to help you. Lord knows I have tried all sorts of 'diet' pills and I honestly can say none worked for me. I can still eat the foods I want too! 😍
Great job on losing the 30lbs! Yes consistency is definitely key, I am working on that for sure. I have actually tried her workouts before but it was a couple of years ago and I really liked them. Thank you for the suggestion I will get back into doing them for sure💕
Hey hun, I just thought of you and the algorithm brought you to me. I know we are on the same journey. I recently started a high raw vegan diet and so far so good. I feel amazing. I don’t wake up tired in the morning. I eat raw through out the day and have a vegan cooked meal for dinner. Lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Good luck with with everything ❤️❤️❤️
Yeah the fiber is definitely going to work. It always makes me gassy for the first couple of days and then it makes me go to the bathroom and you get less and less bloating after a while. Have you picked up any pre work out or creatine yet?
Yes, I have really noticed a difference since I started taking the fiber. Oh yea, when I first started I was feeling so bloated, but I don't feel that anymore. No I haven't yet, do you take those? If so what would you recommend? I have tried celsius before though.
I have been taking Contrave since July 20th and I was nausea and had a slight headache the 2nd or third day and that was it. I notice one time I took it without food big mistake I felt so nausea. I went to the doctor last thursday and I have lost 21 pounds. I started a liquid cleanse monday just fot 5 days and I am down another 4 pounds as of yesterday morning. I hope it works for you girl! Random but U look amazing. Slay girl!
I know you said you’ve been looking for pills. I’m not being rude but have you ever looked into weight loss surgery I’m sure for a lot of people it’a the last option. I’m getting surgery in November just asking tho good luck on your journey
I've heard of this and was interested until I heard about the cost and the anti-depressant aspect. That spooked me.😬 I don't want anything affecting my mood or psyche. I've already lost 44lbs on my own so if I did something like that it would have to be because I'm guaranteed to lose a lot in a short period. I don't think that's the typical result so I'll stick it out the hard way with intermittent fasting, eating decently, and exercising. 😖
@@KaylaJayxo Thank you so much. I will continue to follow your journey and cheer you on.👏🏽🥳💃🏾 If you don't have too many side effects and see quick success, I might be willing to try it myself! We gotta do what we gotta do!
Hope this helps you achieve your goals ❤ Monitor your emotions with the bupropion, and make sure to take your medication at the same time each day. It works wonders for many people but it caused me a lot of emotional problems and I had to go off. So if you start feeling off, don’t forget what’s in your medication. (I was taking it for pretty much everything it’s used for, namely depression.)
Your are very beautiful no matter what size u are. Go back to intermittent fasting. You did very well with that. I just started today. Good luck on your journey
Gurl, can we take a moment to appreciate how cute your looking in this video OMW! (Snaps fingers....) Slay honey! Your gorgeous 💓
Thank you so much🥹🫶🏾🤍

You remind me a young Serena Williams babe, 100 lbs is not an easy task, patience will pay off
wait.. Wellbutrin is an anti-depressant
Yes I saw that when I was researching it. But somehow the combo of the 2 work to help your brain with hunger and cravings.
OMG your puppy is so cute lol
Thank you lol he’s a hand full lol
Thank you for the videos!! I gained all the weight I lost and your videos are super helpfull!!
Intermittent fasting worked so well for you. What are your thoughts on doing it again?
I use green tea and coffee and it helps with my hunger and craving.....love from Guyana 🇬🇾
