WORKOUT:
✅ RDL: 4 sets 8-10 reps
✅ HIP THRUST: 4 sets 6-8 reps 5th set low weight 12 reps
✅ WALKING LUNGE: 4 sets 20 reps
✅ SUPERSET: lying hammie curl 10 reps each 3 sets

This is basically my glute workout I been doing it consistently for 7 months and my butt looks huge (but food is important too I eat 2.500-2.700 kcal) I also recommend to do KAS glute bridges if you’re quad dominant I feel them so much I swear I always get a pump

@@usernameisunavailable8270 not a full rep then. When I go up in weight and have to do a shit lift, it doesn’t count entirely because- drumroll please- it’s not a true rep from lifting it up in proper form to lowering it and finishing in proper form. Those lifts absolutely have their place in terms of introducing higher weight and giving you a mental boost to keep pushing your self BUT it’s not a true rep. Doesn’t mean you’re not strong or that we’re bashing, it just means that it doesn’t count because it isn’t complete.
Try it, make sure you’re building with your lower reps, and you’ll get there fast enough.
Form like this done excessively will harm you and it’s not worth it- I had to drop my bench today because I could only get out three with help. Then I dropped to do full sets and felt good knowing I could ~technically do it but that I really couldn’t but that I’ll be able to soon 💗
Reverse lunges have changed my life. Still will not take the time to set up hip thrust but will use the booty blaster😂
How many do you do? Do you also use weights or bands? I do 120 varied glute exercises but I dont think thats enough
@@Annabelle-cr6dr if you want your butt to grow you need weights. Body weight isn’t enough.
Don’t. Drop. Weights. The work you do gently setting them down is as equally important as picking them up.

I'm glad someone spoke about this! It really bothers me watching most of her videos dropping the weights on the floor. I still love watching her though! The weight dropping just makes me cringe every time she does them

@@ailkye Nope. It’s incorporated into the lift. Meh, but what do I know, I’m 64 and been learning since 12. But, I get it. Giving your all shooting for a number. In that instance, I guess it’s ok.

Lifting straps for such a small weight? If you can't lift it you shouldn't be doing it.
@@bogususer2595 bullshit. Much better to train the target muscle close to failure and not be limited by grip. You can always put in 5 sets of farmer's walks at the end of a work out and/or on a rest day here and there if you need to
Still the only female influencer not afraid to work out that hard on camera, with the faces, muscle trembling, struggle on the last reps, etc. while still looking gorgeous ❤ This is what drives me to also push hard even if I make faces, pour sweat, and whatnot. Keep inspiring us Krissy!

Lower the weight and you’ll get better results. This trend of lifting 400lbs for hipthrust need to stop. Unless you’ve progressed properly to that weight over time , You’re essentially making it a whole body movement at that point, no isolation of the glutes which is what the point is.. also lower the weight with the walking lunges because you’ll get much more out of it that way.

Do I need a spotter ? I get intimidated but I realllllly want to do these . I always look at them when I go but I go alone and usually I see that people got spotters ?
My knees would collapse im 45 years younger of. And all the years of lunges squats and running messes up my knees.
