Trish! Thank you for choosing to sing in English and catering to the younger Vietnamese audience, especially those who had immigrant parents and grew up in Western countries. It felt great to be able to enjoy and appreciate shows like Asia with family members, especially when I was little and didn't really understand Vietnamese that well. I would always look forward to watching your performances whenever the new Asia DVDs came out. I literally own all your DVDs and CDs from when I was little because I would pester my mum to buy me them. I would watch and listen to your music religiously and still love your music to this day! Thanks for playing a massive part of many people's childhood and being an introduction to my love for pop music! Your music has a special place in my heart :)
Awww! Thank you! I got a lot of harsh criticism for not singing/speaking more Vietnamese and hearing this made it all worth it. I was just like you and with parents that barely spoke Vietnamese to me I always felt out of place in the Viet music industry. But Asia felt there was a niche market so they allowed me to be a part of their production. It was an honor to be part of all that and your childhood❤️

My favorite DVD ever. I used to watch this over and over. I remember one time I felt so down and lonely, so i decided to drive by myself from Portland to Seattle. I listened and sang along all your songs the whole trip to make me feel awake. Lol

I remember watching it everyday and telling myself I wanted to be as pretty as you. your stage outfits were always my favorites because I wanted to dress like you. I grew up watching you and listening to your songs . every time my cousins us get together we still sing to your songs .
i had all your CDs and DVDs as a kid. watched all your Asia performances and learned the lyrics and dances. i’m so nostalgic watching this because i remembered how much i wanted to be like you back when i was a kid. thank you so much for being a huge part of my childhood :’) i understood little viet so i was always anticipating your music and performances when my grandma and i would watch asia. ❤
