    Yes.....This guy's training is MUCH more inspiring than any cookie-cutter bodybuilder or powerlifter! Thanks for posting!

      Thanks, glad you like it. Shotputters, discus throwers and weightlifters are often motivating, and other sports where you need to be explosive, quick and strong.

    What is the weight of the barbell for biceps?

    • @TwoBlackMarks
      @TwoBlackMarks  5 лет назад +3

      At 1:52? The power curl? It looks like 120 or 130kg, since the middle plates look wider than the yellow 15s. I do not remember 100%, but I think he sometimes went up to around 160kg.

    Biceps 💪 barbell kg ?

    • @TwoBlackMarks
      @TwoBlackMarks  5 лет назад +2

      In the beginning? When he throws the weight on the bench? It looks to be 120kg, but it could be 100 to 120kg+.
      The yellow ones are 15kg, the black or possible blue inbetween the yellows look like 20`s by the width looking wider than the Yellow. So 50kg on each side + the bar at 20kg equals 120kg. The black ones can be old 50kg weights, but I do not think so.
      Old Eleiko training weights did not always have color coding, I do not know why, because it looks like the black is always painted over the color coding.. So the color coding always comes through after some use, like you see on the yellows...
      Ricky power curled or "Bruch curled" around 160kg in training I think, I do not remember the exact amount right now. I may mix with someone else, it is a good power exercise.

      HeHe.. Those pills are not steroids or drugs, but different vitamins and amino acids and "supplements", he got up to a crazy amount a day, he got this idea that drugs where not healthy, so he tried a "new approach" so to say, to still get an advantage without drugs, and I actually believe he was drug free for atleast this short time, but got back on the "juice" soon/after he did not get picked for the olympics 84` and then threw 71.26! Thats my theory atleast. At the beginning he took no more than 1-3 Dianabol a day a 5mg a piece, usually just 2#/10mg, later in the 70`s he increased, but said he never got above 30-40mg a day. in later years and the 80`s I believe he took alot of things... One of a kind type guy!
