I was at the gym last night and this kid who works out there had broken his arm. His right arm is in a cast but he still goes to the gym and does what he can. This kid was doing front squats, setting it up and everything on his own with 1 arm. That's dedication.
I broke my leg last year and went with crutches. Gave me a hole new perspective of the challenges a disabled person has. Steps sucked, carrying weight etc. i had to hop on one leg to get the 20 kg weights to the bench.

I watched this before my lifts for Bench, Squat and Deadlift days and I felt mentally down and I ended up getting 235 5x3 for bench, 295 5x3 for squats and hit a hug PR for deadlift 345 5x3. It was all mental work. Thank you for the confidence.
Yep, that clip should appear in EVER fucking lifting video ever made. That is the definition of intensity. Flying up so fast with weights that the momentum takes it far beyond the stopping point. His legs were jet engines that day.
@@RS-xq6je Good question, but if you watch some of Eric's training footage from years ago, this was common with him when he did high bar squats with submaximal loads. He has since switched to low bar squats. I've seen him doing high bar with 225-315lbs for warm-ups and the bar was bouncing like this.
You do this to find out your true potential. You have to push beyond your physical existence to lift more than you ever could.
