The only difference is that surprisingly in this one, he never had to escape jail or flee the country because he has really good lawyers and really good luck getting away with murders.
One could say this is him being more evil that before because he got away with all the horrible stuff he did. Sure, he lived a sad, lonely life, but he died a millonarie and got not punishment for prety much killing his entire family. So yeah, peak evil performance.
He also killed dozens of times less people than some of his other playtroughs. Eve Hill was far more focused on mentally scarring people, especially children (By removing their parental figures, by either abandoning them or just straight up murdering the parental figures) rather than having a high kill count.
