Dad sews please get your quilt block done . The deadline was 4th of july. He is holding #32 for your block and says so on most updates. So lets do this video and get it to Mark. Lol fan of both of you guys , dont want you to miss out.
In the beginner's quilting class I took years ago, they had us use Mole Skin as a seam allowance guide. Similar to the sticky notes, but I would think it would stay in place a bit better. You cut it into a strip and use a ruler to determine the seam allowance you desire and stick it down. Its also thick enough to help guide the fabric, similar to your stack of post its. 😊
The deadline for The Quilting Marines Patriot blocks for Vets was July 4th, he still accepts blocks but will be held for a future project. He's at 33 quilts so far.
Hey! Thanks for the advice! Would you consider talking about different rulers and other tools for seam allowance guidance? I know there are many to use from quilting to pattern drafting! Greetings from Mexico!

I use that color decoration tape for my guide. Washi tape I think they call it. Works great
Great tip Christine!
