funny, i tough it was bs about the plants, until 2 seconds later i saw the vellosia flowers, they are native in my region which is know for the diamonts

A lot of those plants would also grow in Basaltic soil . Where I live out bush their are plants that grow only where their is gold or silver .

It would probably be easier to just be a geologist and use the presence of the plants to confirm your suspicions. Or to be able to recognize and test kimberlite soils.

Some of these plants grow naturally on the beach rocks sea what if the plants are inland but no presence of water ??

most of them are dry, sandy soils, so it could be, but to be sure, check if the rocks are kimberlite.
