My pleasure, Guy!! Please write back afterwards as a follow up to let me know how you did and what your thoughts were about the mine. I would love to hear it!! Enjoy your weekend!! 😊
Nice Vid! Cracked me up at the water station bc when I did it I’m too short and got soaked and not very strong with them heavy buckets and you made it look so easy! 😂. Thanks for showing stuff under the microscope!

Thanks! Maybe I’ll see you out on the field! I’m planning on visiting in March as well, just not sure exactly when yet. They don’t allow any battery operated tools out there on the search/digging field, including flashlights and diamond testers. They allow phones though (which has a flashlight on it? - I don’t make the rules). Any specimen that you think may be a diamond, you can bring it to the diamond discovery area of the park and have them test it for you. You pass this area of the park going to the search field and leaving it.
Thanks Ralph! The microscope is a little 50 dollar one that hooks into your computer with a usb, it was recommended by the Arkansas Diamond Miner, Solomon. I got it off of Amazon here: www.amazon.com/ampliaci%C3%B3n-efectiva-monitor-microscopio-flexible/dp/B00QTNBC4U/ref=as_li_ss_tl?crid=3UJWDCSPIRF88&dchild=1&keywords=carson+usb+microscope&qid=1598389581&sprefix=carson+usb+microscope,aps,192&sr=8-3&linkCode=sl1&tag=thearkansasdi-20&linkId=6cce8516f75c2ae3ded980158ba20bae&language=en_US

Cool place to be in, some day i will visit Crater of Diamonds 🤗i made a DIY mini sluice for gold, ending up with finding a small diamond instead 🤪
Thanks for the fun show. You've got a great spirit for rockhounding.

The drainage pipe is just like a sluice with riffles.
Battery powered wet vac will collect the heavies in the riffles.
That looked like a lot of fun! Thank you.
You’re welcome Carl! My pleasure. 😊
Really educational and fun to follow! Thanks for the nice video, Joe!! The blue is called Smurfite or Papa Smurfite 😂
Ha!! Thank you!! Sorry for the late reply, I sometimes miss notifications. Have a wonderful day today!!
As long as it's not a thunderstorm, I'm digging
I still have a few gallon ziplock bags of those centers that I collected 2 years ago but no time or place to go through them yet
Great lesson Joe, very well presented.
Thank you, Peter! That’s very humbling.
Have a wonderful evening! 😊
Very educational video hope you find some more shiny minerals
Thank you!! I hope you find some as well!! 😊
On my 6th day Sept 2021 I found a heart shaped Garnet .83 cwt. Dec 16th 2021 I found a .28 brown diamond.
How wonderful!! My largest so far is a 28 point brown as well!! 😊

Is it possible that the rocks you toss, could contain diamonds
Where did you get the rock screens?
You can rent them at the visitor center
In 07 08 09 i found 486 diamonds in 29 months of digging, my biggest was 4.42 carats, which walmart now owns, good luck..
Did u dig daily?
great video! I plan on coming here in March with some girlfriends! Do you recommend bringing a hand held diamond tester?
Thanks! Maybe I’ll see you out on the field! I’m planning on visiting in March as well, just not sure exactly when yet.

Shiny stuff is cool
I agree! :)
The blue specks are Lapis Lazuli
Do it under a uv light...
What size mesh is the top screen?
1/4”, then I use a 20 stainless steel mesh underneath for my bottom screen.
I'm going Monday
Woohoo!! I wish I could join you!!
Did you rent those tools or bring your own?
I brought my own tools, and made my own screen sets. The saruca I use is a 20 mesh Muddy Miner. 😊
👍👍👍
Did you ever find out what the blue specks were? Do you think you could make a living doing this if you were able to do it daily?
Nice job on the video. Lots of good info. What microscope do you use?
Thanks Ralph!

@@TdogsAdventure yes, you keep what you find. 👍 My largest is a 28 point brown.

You are beautiful enough. And, yes you are sweet. Lol.
You dug and showed everything but a fucking diamond
LOL! What's the line? Some days are diamonds, some days are stones.
20:04 he quite literally showed a diamond. He didn’t find it that day because it takes a lot to find a diamond every day.
Jj
U did all that work and found 0 diamonds
Terlalu byk bicara dan aksinya kurang.
No date . Lot of verbage no content of methods other than many buckets tofil
You failed to mention what state you’re in.
