  • Went on a 10-mile ebike ride on my new Vitilan U7 throttle only at 25 mph. Beautiful, but cool sunny day around the local area. I'm testing the camera angle on my GoPro 10 to find the optimum viewing as well as wind reduction methods offered by the camera and an aftermarket product called the "Windslayer" which really is a foam cover over the camera.

    I bought one of these bikes and had nothing but trouble, warranty was useless too. They make excuses and never fix anything.

    You know what ideas got the I 7 pro and the only problem i have with them is after you order a bike they don't want to answer the phone anymore I've got a phone number that's on your website you call it over and over and over and over and it just goes right the voicemail no one will pick up i consider that poor customer service I've already got a question and i can't get anybody to answer i shouldn't have to be sending messages to China if they've got a facility here in California so I'm not happy about that at all the bike so far is really good but their customer service doesn't look good to me

      I use their chat online and they seem somewhat responsive. Have you tried that?
