I have the same bike. You have to ever-so-slightly loosen the hex screws on the black bracket above the rear suspension and it will be a much bouncier ride. Mine came the same way out of the box. The factory over tightens those screws to the point that it wont properly compress the suspension shock. When I loosened mine, the suspension finally acted like it was meant to.

@Trailtested I'm happy to hear that helped. I upgraded mine with the air suspension awhile back. While it's a nice ride, I'm not sure I'd buy it again. There didn't feel like a whole lot of meaningful difference between the stock vs air suspension to justify the price of the upgrade.

I’m not sure what you mean. They are factory hydraulic with the throttle sensor disconnected if that helps
