Honestly, I’m not mad about Alex taking the 5K to build a man cave in the saloon. If he’d built it entirely for him, that’d be one thing but not only does it still give him a way to enjoy something that was once his dream, but it’s also a hangout spot for Gus, George, Shane and Kent which makes me happy because Kent doesn’t have much he gets to do on the daily and he seems to like it.
I love Alex because first time you see him as an egocentric and then you learn that he's actually just a dummy. He says things out of his head without thinking and has a kindheart , cares for his grandparents, his friends on the valley and for the dog that isn't even his.

Maybe it's a me thing drawing some parallels to my life, but I didn't mind at all having the majority of chances interacting with him being in the clinic because he's so busy with work that he doesn't have much time to actually go out and socialize/do hobbies. He keeps business and personal life separate, but slowly starts to open up and learn to relax as he gets closer to the farmer. The hot air balloon event was so endearing watching him muster up the courage to conquer his fear of heights, and even after marriage this man is so sweet and loving to the farmer and the kids. The whole experience felt simple and realistic, and his iconic line of not being the most exciting guy, but will be loyal to you for the rest of his life got me weak!!! Also, I like the idea of my farmer as a veterinarian (I chose the Meadowlands Farm) since I'm prepping for vet school, and marrying another doctor albeit for people just fits so perfectly. 💙💚

That's a pretty normal part of recovery. As long as they pull back out I get it and as long as they don't cause any significant problems when they do relapse. I found it more weird he just leaves Jaz with Marine. She's literally his godchild so that was a bit weird.
if people design any mods that 'fixes' Shane after marriage, I hope they keep this in consideration. Relapsing is still there, but he gives you dialogue about progress and improvements.
Harvey is the best bachelor imo because his post-marriage lines are so fucking sweet! Ex: “You saved me from a life of eternal loneliness. Thank you.” Not only that, but he’s very affectionate and attentive to your characters personal needs. If it weren’t for still having to pay him for medical shit, he’d be perfect.

As someone who married shane on my perfect playthrough. Yeah…it doesn’t undo all his progress. He does have dialogue implies he drinks. But anytime he has the urge to go back to his old ways he goes to the salloon to play games. Thats what his 14 heart event is about. Plus over half his dialogue is about how much better he feels and how lucky he is to have you. And on saturdays he spends most the day looking after his chicken charlie

That's a pretty normal part of recovery. As long as they pull back out I get it and as long as they don't cause any significant problems when they do relapse. I found it more weird he just leaves Jaz with Marine. She's literally his godchild so that was a bit weird.
if people design any mods that 'fixes' Shane after marriage, I hope they keep this in consideration. Relapsing is still there, but he gives you dialogue about progress and improvements.

As someone who married shane on my perfect playthrough. Yeah…it doesn’t undo all his progress. He does have dialogue implies he drinks. But anytime he has the urge to go back to his old ways he goes to the salloon to play games. Thats what his 14 heart event is about. Plus over half his dialogue is about how much better he feels and how lucky he is to have you. And on saturdays he spends most the day looking after his chicken charlie
