I had a bronze 1973, had a 351 Cleveland with a 2 barrel. It ran good, was a beautiful car. Front and back spoilers. Had a vinyl roof. Put a 429 in it, C-6 transmission, 4 core radiator, built the motor, it was very fast. It was near mint, loved that car. Sold because i had a family. They don't get the love like the 69 and 70, but they were beautiful cars also. Miss the muscle car days, we had all of them, me and my friends.
Brings back memories, I worked at "Little Wolf American Autos in London England" and as a youngster went in some of the customers cars, back then this was my dream car and I went in one, it was amazing, that was back in 1984 a few years earlier a local chap had a Sprint model and I enjoyed looking at that as the owner showed me the engine and interior. Jay and all at Volo thanks for the great uploads, Best wishes to the Volo family and fellow viewers.
I remember 1969 Mach Mustangs that had black matte louvers on the back window that were so different. Being a true blue Chevy guy, I tried not to like it! But, I liked it - just wouldn't admit it.
This is where Ford turned the 71 Boss into a gelding. The Car and Driver test of the 72 HO Mach 1 was in the 15s. This a spectacular specimen and one for the serious collector.
You get all the rare and mint cars. Pretty amazing the way they found the original fabric for the seats and it goes on and on. A Ford collector will go crazy over this! By the way, I like the format with the test drive included in the same video and then back to Jay in the studio. I think its a great set up myself
I have one better. I have a 72 429 4 speed . Built for the Cleveland engine plant executive. Orang , black interior. I am the second owner. This was titled as a 351cj but has the 429 on the build sheet , they snuck the car through. 18,000 . original miles . Radio delete, no power steering, and heat delete. Will go to action 2026 when I retire
Nice. Looks like jewelry. 1972 my cousin comes home from Vietnam buys a new Grabber blue, black int. Mach 1 with ram air but no AC. 1974 I turn 18 and bought used 19000 mile 71 Mach 1 4 speed, no ram air but had AC. It was Pewter with red interior for $1600. I want another but not for $96k.
The batcave doo have many secret, but this baby, have the batman touch, a very secret car, colour so awsome, this baby belongs in american national museum in Washington, along with all the famous books and people 😊😊😊😊thanks jay grams president of volo cars and russel for perfect photografy from Tom your friend now and always say hello to all at volo cars and russel 😊😊😊
Forget the 72 HO and go get a real deal 1971 BOSS 351 for the same or even less money. Both are low numbers production cats at 336 and 1806 . But the 1971 Boss is iconic while the 1972 HO. Is a nice collector piece but way to high at 96k.

I love the ford mustang mach 1
The Mustang with the goofy taillights. I'd have to do a 68 rear clip.

My favorite classic body style Mustang. The others are too tame looking.
👍
Is that a Cleveland or Windsor engine anyone know?
Cleveland always! Undersquare, short stroke. But Windsors are workhorses.
Cleveland
Every one I see in this year generation, looks like the nose sits high.
Go getter
