@@lindacarpenter4337 his daughter Claudia said both parents were abusive but I find it hard to believe and probably just exaggerated because maybe she wanted to do things her parents did not allow her to do. And so she calls that abusive. More likely, both parents were too busy to deal much with their kids so Claudia is getting back at them for their lack of attention by calling them abusive.

Yeah, he needs time to create those stories. He really did not enlighten us to anything that explains how he can reconcile sharing a life with such a vile character. He has no moral or ethical restrictions when it comes to Kellyanne, which makes him weak and impotent. He is another orphaned Republican, which when compared to the new trumpublican seems so much more sane, it is insane! The bar will be pushed lower and lower as the masses care less about ethical behavior when it comes to their tribe winning.

I was listening to Adam Kinzinger being interviewed by Christiane Amanpour earlier today and really wish America had more people like that. I can only think something happened to America's education system over the past 20 years that has given rise to what is happening now. They continually talk about 'sheeple' when they are the very ones who would follow their master like lemmings off a cliff face.

What a balanced man, quite something to hear him regulate his speech, stay calm, whilst telling the truth about a very unusual marriage. His four children are well cared for by this sane person who daily negotiates the madness of US political life, and the daily dread of “what next” with Trump. Quite something to hear 😮

I like the new George Conway a lot. And I remember the role he played in the Clinton impeachment, representing Paula Jones and that whole trumped up thing, for which he has yet to apologize.
Hey - George is well spoken here - we must give credit where credit is due. But don't forget - his views are far, far right. If you make less than $250,000 a year in the US you don't want this man anywhere near politics.
...and if Trump runs again Kellyanne Conway will work hard to put Trump back in the Whitehouse. I can't reconcile that. George seems to believe that Trump is a narcissistic sociopath. I'm not sure that George cares enough about the danger Trump represents to ask Kellyanne to stay away from the next Trump campaign. (There is a lot of money to be made.)

Yeah, everyone jokes about how they can stay married, but seriously, it must be a strain. I am pretty centrist and don’t know how I could be married to a Trumper (don’t need to find out, my wife is more liberal than me). I think once you have children though, that does change everything. I know people have their differences on this, but for me it would take very major issues like abuse or harm to my children to break up my family. Yes people change and there are disagreements, but as long as we love each other and there is still some of what made us fall in love originally, I am committed to working through our differences and maintaining our family unit as long as we live. Our children bind us together and I imagine it’s the same for them.

George is one of the people I REALLY enjoy listening to - - along with people like Steve Schmidt, Carl Bernstein, and John Dean. All of them are articulate and smart people.

George Conway is so enjoyable to hear because he is so correct. Having worked in Psychiatry, he was not afraid to say what is absolutely true. The diagnosis is spot on and even Mary Trump called it. So horrible it is that we still cannot address mental illness and we have those who are pulled in by being a sycophant and believing alternative facts.

He seems very comfortable with Jimmy Kimmel because it's an informal sort of interview but when I see him in a more serious setting like cable news interviews, I definitely will sit around until the segment with him is over.
