    Wow my environment was extremely unhealthy. I basically raised myself from age 14 😢 no parent cared about any exam

    I don’t remember if it was this particular video, but the part where you said that we do what our parents say and we follow their rules, but STILL it is just NOT good enough for them and our parents treat us like a BAD child ANYWAY ! See THAT is the EXACT problem because that started when we were 5, and our parents just CONTINUE to treat us like a BAD CHILD right into ADULTHOOD even though we do what they say and follow their rules ?? Well maybe our PARENTS need to be held ACCOUNTABLE and that part NEVER HAPPENED !! Who holds our PARENTS accountable ? Oh wait: NOBODY !! So our parents just KEEP MISTREATING us !!

    Dear asha jacob i had a problem and i v been writing them down in my notebook experience my mum is allways busy she never takes time out but i had a cry about that and i had that moment but i m now all right okay for the moment i m strong because i didnt get to have my lunch or soup asha so what do i do now do i talk to my mum or show her my writing properly not 📒🖋 from ashley mcgarry

    I finally did this exercise. I'm glad that I did it both part 1 and 2 exercises was emotional for me. Thank you very much. Is this technique also a great way to heal toxic traits that you picked up from your environment?

    I just did the exercise. I resisted at first, but after I started, things just came out. Now I feel so much lighter than I felt in a while.
    Am I supposed to feel shaking on the inside? As if someone hit a bell?
