- WWE 2K22 Superstar Universe mode can glitch to where you are forced to play as someone other than your original chosen Superstar. Within the mode, edit the show they appear on, and remove them from the show in question. Save. You will then be able to once again change universe modes, and the glitch will be temporarily gone, until it comes back again. #WWE #WWE2K22

dude, thank you so much for this workaround. i also got to a point where my chosen character was supposed to be in a match, but kept getting swapped out with another character so when the match started there was just one opponent in the ring and nothing would ever happen. thanks again!

As long as you don't leave the event screen where it gets stuck, you can exit your game and restart it. From there you can switch back to superstar mode to classic, etc. You have to make a change of some sort because just restarting the event will just lead to running into the glitch again. The game doesn't save the event's progress unless you exit the event screen (i.e. the event is over or you manually exit out of the screen mid-event).

Much thanks to you bro I just got the game and already had to make 2 saves. 1st one I'm fighting a ghost of Braun and now it was forcing me to be someone else other than my character. Both on the 8th match lol 😭

This work around saved my life bro good looks saved me from having to lose my 144wins on my character it’s sad this is a great mode but the glitches kill it

Does the same rivalry match continue on a different show and say I want to go back to the original brand I was on initially, just simply edit the associated brand your superstar is on? Thanks for the work around

I know im late, but i had a glitch where the rivalry never ended. Went from august all the way past about an entire year and the rivalry never had any news, it just kept going on and on. I tested it between Elimination Chamber all the way to Extreme Rules where i simulated everything up to that point and the rivalry between created superstars never ended.

If your own character you made yourself has a title in a show but you cancel it then go to the other one like you showed, will it get rid of its title it has won?

So I have an issue every time I go to WrestleMania backlash or WrestleMania itself it always glitches after the match or it won't show the continuation but to get the match started but it works before that but not when I get to WrestleMania is their a fix for it yet or no?
Nope. There likely won’t be one either as they are too focussed on their new game coming out in less than a month.
any idea when in classic superstar mode and sometimes u can't book certain wrestlers in rivalries and they aran't in any or potential rivalries how do u fix this

Just changing his brand and saving it, and then switching it back should work
@@Philminator I have run in to the same issue, sadly switching brands and then switching back didn't solve it, at least for me anyway
