@@phoenixautomotive4336 I bought a unit from you and my steering wheel controls do not work. I have a 2012 F150 xlt. I do not have the factory headunit as i had aftermarket system in. It's not the connections because when I change protocols, some steering wheel functions work and some don't. I have reached out via your website almost two months ago and received generic auto replies and then nothing. If need any information from me concerning this issue, please let me know.
