    কোল্ড ড্রিংকস, সস খাওয়া হয়না। তবে ম্যাগী, চানাচুর আর চায়ের সাথে টোস্ট বিস্কিট খাওয়া হয় মাঝেমাঝে। অনেক ভালো তথ্য দিয়েছো। মেনে চলার চেষ্টা করবো। অনেক ভালবাসা বাংলাদেশ থেকে।

    Another item you missed is MAIDA....we should stop buying it completely.
    Sodas/packaged drinks/packed fruit juice/cakes/pastries/biscuits are possibly the worst items one can consume.
    Another thing is especially relevant for Bengali cooking is putting sugar in everything & maida is like a staple..... both very harmful in the long run
