    Eating clean has also helped me with my anxiety. People dont realize how important healthy living and eating is so important

      Me too! Meds were changed but once I got rid of the processed food and started the Starch Solution? My anxiety completely reduced.

    When you have been WFPB for a while, your body is fine tuned & almost immediately recognises/reacts to anything out of the ordinary.

    Did you say snow ball fights? you have snow over there already? thanks for the upload. You always make me smile so awesome job! Oh I just bought another Instapot but this is an air fryer and dehydrator and it bakes! living in the hot hot tropics saves my kitchen and me from extra heat!

    I have an instant pot vegetable soup recipe that I have shared on my RUclips channel. love making up a huge batch each day and programming it to start so I can have VFB each day with no stress. Our family of four has eaten this way for 14 years. Simplicity is key!

    Getting back to basics always feels so good! It reminds me why I eat loads of fruits and veggies...not just for weight loss, but to feel better! I absolutely adore you and your babies. I hope Abe feels better soon!
