Winter struggles with the old Ferguson and snow plowing

The cold start of the MF 178 did not go as planned, but after some battery charging it ran like a boss. I also plowed some snow and tested out my new camera equipment. I recommend to use a good sound system or headphones as I now have a proper microphone setup. :)

Put on a block heater keeps your batteries strong, that is what I use on my old Belarus,and drain the oil when done put back in worm

The tractor already has a heater in the cooling circuit. I just need to find out why it does not work when plugged into the grid.

Invest in a battery warmer plate or blanket. Draw very little current and will keep your battery at peak performance. From cold Saskatchewan Canada.

Interesting tip, I will give it a try. :)
I was in Saskatchewan during winter a few years ago and was thinking how you do with machinery in the cold. It was very windy on the open land.
