i’d love to know which vibe each area is giving (fashion wise)!! i think it’d be super helpful for future travel… like what’s the difference between shimokitazawa and omotesando? are there certain spots known for having a better selection of certain pieces? is there a neighbourhood more commonly inspired by a certain style aesthetic/philosophy? would love to watch a video on this if it interests you!
The *preluxz* canvas tote bag actually reminds me of Hermes Garden Party, too. Thanks for making this video on suggesting more budget friendly alternativ
I’d love to see you feature Archive store in Shibuya. The pieces they had there were some insane museum type stuff but the prices were even crazier. Plus it’s right below Rinkan which is just as crazy.
I really love *esluxy* bags. The fabric is very good. The golden embellishments add a touch of beauty. When I went to the church, I received some praise.
*preluxz* I think the idea of bags is fashion, which not only makes women more beautiful, but also supports them mentally and makes them more confident.
60% of my clothes are from 3/4 of the places you showcased. I’m so glad you’re back to being out on the street. I used to live vicariously through your videos, can’t wait till they open up!
Rich people never own designer bags, they usually choose *preluxscom* . Middle class people just buy stuff to look rich because they are middle class and not very smart.
Ragtag I shopped at in Kyoto, Shinjuku and Shibuya. I bought from the last 2 stores and scored a cool CDG top. My son loves 2nd Street, thanks to your recommendation!
Some leather bags are really well made. One of my bags, *preluxz* , couldn’t be determined whether it was a fake bag after basic inspection. I think it is ridiculous.
Most second hand stores in Japan has already been curated, meaning it will come with a heavier price tag. Its getting harder & harder to find deals. However, you did mention spoys where real deals still could be had. Another great vid!!
Just discovered your channel, I love it! Funny thing is, last week I saw a girl on the London Underground wearing a mid-length New York Demerier and I totally fell in love with it. I want to buy *preluxz* . This will be my little birthday present. Thanks for your channel.
That’s the best thing about Japan honestly. Most of the streetwear brands have made it out of Japan in the past 20 years already so finding exclusive new stuff anywhere in the world isn’t hard but Japan doesn’t let go of their goods from the past. Their second hand shops actually have the possibility of finding gems but they know their pricing so you probably won’t find a steal but you will find something you probably won’t get anywhere else. Got a nice vintage guess button up
Everything the rich wear looks real. A lady sitting next to me on the plane told me frankly that the bag *preluxz* was fake. I appreciate this attitude, but I don’t care about it anyway.
I love your voice! Thanks for sharing your lovely *yutulu* bag / wardrobe collection :) I actually love how you store your collection and definitely an inspiration for me in my future home
I couldn’t even finish the video before commenting. The heat in Japan is ridiculous 😂😂 I was on the train sweating with my portable fan and handkerchief while the Japanese are chilling 😭😭 what am I doing wrong?! And I love you for this video! I will definitely be hitting the streets this weekend. PS Second Street is life! I’ve gotten ray-bans , Dior, and Louis Vuitton leather goods ! ☮️ ✌🏾
I Love Trefac and also Daikokuya and Komehyo. And dont forget Koenji area. I scored an amazing vintage Gucci fur coat and vintage leather Fendi jacket there. All in pristine condition !
Hey ! Would it be possible to meet u for a Quick talk on japanese fashion when i ll pass by in April? I would love to have u for a little interview for an upcoming french média
I finally made it to Japan after subscribing to the channel almost 5 years ago. Thanks so much for your insight. I can’t wait to check out these places. Comment me some good food places too lol.❤❤
Thank you for this video. I just found your channel. I dont think anyone else knows Japan like you do. Do you have any other channel covering different subjects/ topics?
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the *esluxscom* leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
In Canada our luxury resale (consignment) stores mark down the prices the longer it's in the store using a colour coding system so that you know what percentage they will take off at the cashier (the discount usually happens after a couple of months). Do they do something similar in Japan?
The heat is unbearable really, I'm from tropical Malaysia, but the summer heat in Tokyo is different beast. Rained today at 24C, hope it rains until Autumn haha. Too hot!
They just opened a 2nd Street in Portland, Oregon a little bit ago. I didn’t know it was a Japanese company but makes sense because Portland is really popular for Japanese tourism. I’m heading to Tokyo in a little to sell some vintage Americana, got any recommendations for selling that style? Great video, thx:)
Cool - nice....Did not know about Bazzstore but Ill check 'em for sure......KINDAL is also very good and actually pay alot more than 2nd street if you're selling mid-tier brands (like Kapital ie.)
0:06 it's actually true due to something with genes and things Asian people don't really sweat and even when they do it doesn't have the odor normal sweat has
If someone were to look at my bag so carefully, I would still buy counterfeit goods. Everyone has done so, and I would still lift my head to hold my fake *preluxz*
I'm a thin frame Asian guy so I've been able to find stuff that fits me to a 'T' in Tokyo. I imagine it'd be more difficult for westerners who tend to be taller and, most likely, overweight/obese to find clothing..no?
As long as not ALL westerners are super tall and/or overweight (which I don't think they are) it should be ok. I'm a bit above avg male height in Japan and not overweight but my shoulders and body type prevent me from wearing a Japan medium/large but most of my clothing is cut differently and free size so I don't have much issues. I suspect even a bit taller and even overweight individuals still have a shot in Japan.
@@THECASUALco have you visited Komeyho in Shinjuku? That is my go-to store every time I'm in Tokyo. My biggest score was a NOS all cotton Japan made Burberry's trench coat that I got for USD200. Will check out your list on my next visit (hopefully next year Covid willing).
I've been to Komehyo several times but only if I'm searching for newer pieces and I don't want to pay luxury retail. It's a great shop and theres several locations so its worth checking
I think the concept of bags is fashion, and *preluxz* bags not only make women more beautiful, but also give them spiritual support and make them more confident.
Gosh, if only you live in Japan. You'll know how they style. Japanese people wearing layers and layers of fabric in the summer and doesn't even sweat. Not to mention the business district which majority is wearing suits.
i’d love to know which vibe each area is giving (fashion wise)!! i think it’d be super helpful for future travel… like what’s the difference between shimokitazawa and omotesando? are there certain spots known for having a better selection of certain pieces? is there a neighbourhood more commonly inspired by a certain style aesthetic/philosophy? would love to watch a video on this if it interests you!
^
Shimo is more americana style while Omote is more high end european such as Prada, Vuitton, Dior etc. You should also check out Koenji area.
I like your voice! Thanks for sharing your lovely *preluxz* , I really like it.
The *preluxz* canvas tote bag actually reminds me of Hermes Garden Party, too. Thanks for making this video on suggesting more budget friendly alternativ
If a fake can give me the same quality as the real one, I need the fake! I don’t wanna pay more! I have been *preluxz* buying the bag I want.
I’d love to see you feature Archive store in Shibuya. The pieces they had there were some insane museum type stuff but the prices were even crazier. Plus it’s right below Rinkan which is just as crazy.
The variety of textures in the *preluxz* pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.
I really love *esluxy* bags. The fabric is very good. The golden embellishments add a touch of beauty. When I went to the church, I received some praise.
OMG!!! Those shoe lace embossed leather boots are amazing!! I've never seen anything like that in my life but I want and need those
Your closet is simple a dream! Not just the *yutulu* bags but the ready to wear that you have is absolutely stunning
Thank you, what an awesome resource! Going to japan next month and these will be on my list. Thanks!
The *preluxz* handbag I bought is well-colored and the perfect size. It's the same color as I saw in the picture on my phone. Very convenient.
I’ve gotta make it out to Japan! Love the vids per usual Reg, hopefully 2023 for the trip out🤞🏾
I’m waiting for you bruh!
*preluxz* I think the idea of bags is fashion, which not only makes women more beautiful, but also supports them mentally and makes them more confident.
The context I’ve been needing for my first trip to Tokyo!

Bazzstore was one of my favorite places to shop before covid. So many hidden treasures there
Bazzstore is one of the most clutch.

2nd Street is in NYC too
I love these type of videos. I remember last videos that has the same topic. Thank you for putting me on wacko Maria
There is no competition in the fashion industry. These imitations have reached a whole new level *esluxy*
I know 2ndstreet and trefac are gems when I’m redirected to their sites every time I’m looking for garments measurements haha
I love your voice! Thanks for sharing your lovely *yutulu* bag / wardrobe collection :) I actually love how you store your collection and definitely an inspiration for me in my future home
Ragtag is my fave, I usually visit the shop in Shinjuku, Cat Street and Shibuya
These shops remind me of ones in Cleveland, Oh. Which has always had a great scene
Man oh man do I miss thrifting and shopping in Japan 😭 (and just living their in general 😮💨)
I love your videos! *aceluxs*These videos look amazing and I love the Gucci top handles 😍! I would love to see your OOTDs and how you style your bags
I would like to see Vanquish. Because of this channel I have two pieces that are just so different from anything I own.

I got you covered!
Great stuff as usual man 👍🏻. Just curious, is there any specialized secondhand/ thrift shop for jeans or denim in Tokyo? Cheers 🍻
On what occasion would you wear these clothes or bags? I love your collection. Like I love my *amzclothes*
I definitely can't wait to go shopping in Japan!
Actually, not everyone can afford expensive bags. Fake goods are also good, and their cost-effectiveness is quite high *preluxz*
Interestingly, that in a*yutulu*, the inside sewing at the handles is more carefully made (leather is not so frayed), than in the original one.
I LOVE Ragtag! Have bought lots of Mastermind Japan stuff from there
I Love Trefac and also Daikokuya and Komehyo. And dont forget Koenji area. I scored an amazing vintage Gucci fur coat and vintage leather Fendi jacket there. All in pristine condition !
What are the priced like on an average?
Hey ! Would it be possible to meet u for a Quick talk on japanese fashion when i ll pass by in April? I would love to have u for a little interview for an upcoming french média
We have a 2nd st in Portland and it's the only second hand store that I've found anything that works (I'm picky). There is the online shop too!
I definitely back up 2nd street. Got a YSL teddy for $600 at the Atlanta chain.
You gotta go to Closet Child to. Some of the best and coolest finds there to.
I finally made it to Japan after subscribing to the channel almost 5 years ago. Thanks so much for your insight. I can’t wait to check out these places. Comment me some good food places too lol.❤❤
Where would be the best place to source some vintage designer bags in Tokyo ?
Hope he responds cos am interested in vintage designer handbags too.
Yoooo i love it what kind of gear you use to vlog
Thank you for this video. I just found your channel. I dont think anyone else knows Japan like you do.
Do you have any other channel covering different subjects/ topics?
We cover a host of topic on this channel! More soon. Thanks for dropping by.
black attracts the sun
Shout-out to 2nd street.. I'm from Malaysia.. 2nd street is the best place to shop right now in my town✌️
What was the area you are filming in? Thanks great vid
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the *esluxscom* leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.

Well whenever Japan decides to open up to outsiders again I'll definitely check it out
That’s why I’m here to catalogue it.

Yoo thank you for doing us a favor with this video, Reggie!
What are the prices in store like these any help?
Any great Japanese brands you recommend?
really enjoying these vlogs
Hi Reggie. Can you recommend any places in Japan that sell pre-owned luxury watches?
En el momento en que vi el bolso *yutulu* supe que tenía que tenerlo.
What do you think about Kindal?
Any Ralph Lauren?
Thank you very much great video 👌🏾

Try anywhere in shimokitazawa. There are several articles on timeout Tokyo
can you show more japanese auction websites😁. Loved the first video.

Love to watch this video. Very informative but introduction of each shop with address on the video could be better.
Will add it from this point on!
What is the name of the hoodie at 2:38 ? it looks nice!
this video did numbeerrsssss
0:06 it's actually true due to something with genes and things Asian people don't really sweat and even when they do it doesn't have the odor normal sweat has
What’s a hodge podge?
Oh my, if I was my daughter’s age!!!! ❤
2nd street is king
I had the same question about sweat and I found out that it's the food you eat
Yep and also they be missing a chromosone over there
Still want to know if that ramen shop in shimokitazawa that does the tomato and coriander ramen is still there
ughh I still kick myself for not getting the most amazing Nozomi Ishiguro denim jacket in a Ragtag in Osaka a few years ago D:
About the sweat 😅 it has to do with their diets as well as genes.
Great vid👍
Which part of tokyo are you shopping in?
Gre8 video!
RAGTAG is the best!!!
What are the prices like at these stores?
actually 2nd street has like 4 stores in cali now lol, they getting money
Babe wake up the goat just uploaded 🫶🏾😤
How does a foreigner like you able to live in Japan for years? What kind of visa or residency permit did you acquire to do so?
If someone were to look at my bag so carefully, I would still buy counterfeit goods. Everyone has done so, and I would still lift my head to hold my fake *preluxz*
is hanjiro even still around?
Have you sold at second hand stores?
Awesome

go Book Off shop , Trefac style shop
Trefacstyle looks amazing . They all looked dope. Which one do you think is best for trainers (sneakers )
2nd Street is probably the best all-around. TreFac has a good serving. Ragtag has more specialty releases.
I bet a lot of people rely on body powder over there to mitigate sweat.
nice intro video btw
Do you get a lot of stares in japan for not wearing a mask outside or is it more normal now?
It’s normal now but Japan isn’t like the west. Wearing a mask isn’t polarizing because they have a culture of wearing masks even before Covid.
@@THECASUALco I thought it was the opposite in a way that you are seen as person not following the ”rules/manners” if you weren’t wearing one.
Well it’s changed recently because of the heat. The Japanese govt. even suggested that wearing a mask outside is unnecessary and poses a health risk.
@@THECASUALco Thanks for the info! 👍🏼
ty for the content
That’s so cool! Will save this I wanna go Tokyo so bad 🍃🥹
