He's an engineer with the demoman's "Carouser's Capotain" as you can already see. I didn't put this in a video yet but I was also planning to give him a gunslinger which gives him the ability to smash the ground to summon an MVM robot, ranging from a simple scout to even Sir Nukesalot. Although the summoning is random and not even BP himself can control who he will summon.
He also can teleport to any place he likes. Doesn't make much sense, but still...
When he points to someone and twitches his head violently while screeching, that person becomes a freak according to their class, although they are much weaker in comparison to the real freaks (example: he points to a soldier and screeches, that soldier becomes Painis Cupcake, but is not as strong as the real Painis. As you can also see in this video, real freaks are immune to this ability, since they are already freaks.)
He has an epic burp which can neutralize invincibility effects such as an ubercharge or the scout's Bonk! effect. But he cannot use this burp anytime he wants. He has to cause the burp to happen, such as in this video, it happened after he drank the beer.
He is also able to shoot explosive bacon from his mouth. When the bacon touches something or someone apart from Bacon Pardner himself, it explodes violently and can cause severe damage, such as removing Painis' arm in this video. BP himself is also immune to the explosions caused by these bacon.
Personality: He is a friendly freak. He only attacks people who threaten him. Other than that, he tries to help people in need, such as transforming the Heavy in the video into Intelligent Heavy to give him an intelligence boost. Even though he possesses a ton of different strong abilities, BP himself is not that strong. In fact, he is just as fragile as a normal engineer. If someone engages him in melee combat, he may easily be overwhelmed.
His main theme is "Sonic the Hedgehog - Labyrinth Zone"
And the song that plays when he's using his point and screech ability is "Sonic the Hedgehog - Drowning Theme"

That isn't the real Intelligent Heavy, nor are these his canon origins. That Heavy just got transformed into a lesser version of the freak, so he isn't the real one.

Wait that how intelligent heavy was made?
That's just a lesser version of him. What Bacon Pardner does is transform regular mercenaries into freaks that are the same class as them. For example, that Heavy was having trouble figuring something out so he was turned into Intelligent Heavy so he would be smart enough to figure it out. These versions of the freaks are way less powerful than the real versions.
So, in other words, he's not the true Intelligent Heavy.
Holy cripe, this is like saying k "Hey, this is my character and he totally OP and can kill everything" by letting him manhandle one of the most powerfull freaks of TF2 known to be super hard to kill like its no one's business.
Jesus make more videos of him and make him popular before you even get to "I killll PeNISH CAPCEKE"
+Scooty Booty Sauce Well, yes. It is meant to be really OP, and there's even more skills that haven't been featured in this video, but WILL be shown in future videos. But if you think about it, a lot of other freaks have won their first fight against Painis, but lost later. Maybe this is BP's first and only victory? Because who knows, someone might make a re-encounter of these two and make Painis win.
