From what I remember, Piss Cakehole’s main method of killing is using a bonesaw to carve a persons flesh and skin off their bones, essentially turning the victim into a bloody statue of flesh. Like Painis he has a super/psycho form which grants him extra resilience and speed, but unlike Painis, Piss Cakehole gains the ability to summon swords. He is immune almost all forms of damage such as piercing, blunt force and explosions, but he can be killed permanently with acid. I won’t explain Painis, as I think you have a decent understanding of his abilities.
And he also has a brother named Cakehole Piss, who is basically the stupid version of him and he sometimes gets a higher voice than his red counterpart
