    Thank you for your sharing. I’m so happy for you were receptive enough to find ways of coping with pain. Regardless of the form pain present itself; pain is always pain. I have experienced many different kinds of pain in my life. The worst of them all is the one called “anger”. I was a victim of anger for many years. Not best Teacher in the world (as to me is our Thay) could help me through. Till one day out of the blue while sitting down and breathing in awareness I started to mentally talk to my anger: “Dear anger you are hurting me. No matter what they all said about you, I know you are there to tell me something. I know you don’t want to harm me but to protect me. I failed to listen to you and that is why you increased through time the volume of your voice presenting yourself under very unpleasant ways. Please, forgive me for trying to shut you down, eliminate you. I didn’t understand what you were about. I kept discriminating you. I had a preference for pleasant energies. Nobody told me that you are a guardian keeping me safe from danger. Your energy is so powerful and hurts so much, so much, so much...Please, cry no more...”. Then, I could see and directly experience the form of anger energy be transformed into compassion form energy. It was alike smoke changing form. This was the most profound experience I have had in the practice. Although the narrative of the experience may sound somehow silly or simpleton, I can assure that it was extremely intense and profound moment meditation. Confronting anger in the way I did, made my body shake. I was bathed in sweat all over my body when I embrace with strength such a powerful energy.
    Beautiful, courageous, mindful Sister talk to your pain, talk to your attachment. Go beyond any seed form and stay in awareness with their energy. Einstein said: “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another “. I can confirm through the experience of anger transformed by itself into compassion, seeing it the transformation that Einstein was right. In fact , Where is placed attachment?. Are we sure an outsider object is the one provoking attachment?. One can also be attached to pain. Getting attached to our own emotions, feelings, perceptions, sensations, thoughts, ideas... and not being aware of that is cause of going in circles.
    So profoundly grateful to Thay and you all. Sending my love to Thay and you all 💌.

Where you suffered thoughts of suicide, I began drinking uncontrollably as it has always been my go-to way of coping. Your words bring me hope as I try to decide which path my life will take now. I am searching a sangha and try to reside in the dharma daily. Thank you.

    to much staring, voice not of an empty mind, and Yours. big wish to be calm, mild, good, smart, important and to show joy and fun. qualities of a mind, still attached to dualistic understanding, what no in an empty Dharma of Buddha. long talk of" non-duality, is an expression of comfortable life in green-house. kidding of a mans are half of true speeches, of satisfied-self ones. best selling style, masters.

    I disagree here with the point that death is equal birth. There is no evidence in it. Buddha was a really wise men who said we should just trust the here and now, but this is the opposite what he said about reincarnation. He teaches his sight about life and human relationship which is wonderful but fairwise he had all his reincarnation believes from the hinduism or even before the vedic teachings. It confuses me when Buddha Siddartha Gautama talked about reincarnation, which had no evidences that its real but at the same time he said believe only what is here and now- not in the future nor in the past. I think Buddha was a really realistic guy but the vedic teachings what he also taught didn't reflect his own teachings. I know a guy who is agnostic and he had a phone call and he called in a famous german TV and Radio show at night with a serious illness and he said he will die for real for the next 3 years and he hoped that buddhism is wrong. The guy was paralyzed from the neck to down to the whole body. He wouln't like to experience the same life or another life on earth, cause rebirth means suffering and he didn't want to be reborn, cause life in itself means suffering, which is inevitable. So who gives us a guarantee to be reborn as an animal or human being? This is maybe the only thing which I critisize Buddhism. How can we now the afterlife? How can we know that there is justice on earth? Please tell me , I want to know.

    • @andromedahearme63
      @andromedahearme63 4 года назад +1

      The concept that is being conveyed is interbeing. It is a very powerful concept. The idea of east and west are ideas, when you look up there is only sky.
      Identifying as poor me, little human with a few measly years on a rock seems to fuel a sense of cynicism (understatement). But when I identify as the whole process of our universe, a direct function of our universe I realize that I can't die. Sure my body can die, but the process that brought forth my consciousness continues and emerges every moment through the oh so many channels that we call life and actually death (interbeing).
      I guess all this said the real question is WHO ARE YOU? Do you identify as the wave or the ocean. The subjective choice is yours but the objective reality is they are one process and they exist through interbeing.

    • @Krillin1993
      @Krillin1993 4 года назад

      @@andromedahearme63 You didn't proof unless you are dead. It is just a lie to know about the afterlife that is why I critisize buddhism too like I do think for monotheist religions. Buddhism believes is a part of vedic beliefs. If you would know the reinacarnation you would know which animal or human you were before and this is totally bullshit. Dont believe in things and repeat it continously which you will never can proof it.

    • @july_fish
      @july_fish 4 года назад +1

      I thought you already answer it yourself. You cannot prove there is reincarnation unless you're doing it by yourself. There are stories about past life memory brought into this life but it's up to you too whether to trust it or not.
      Correct me if I'm wrong, buddha teach about reincarnation as a cycle that would suffer us in the end. Living in this moment is a way to break from the cycle. To reach the enlightenment.

    • @andromedahearme63
      @andromedahearme63 4 года назад +1

      @@july_fish I should disclaimer, I am not a buddhist. I should also say that I respect the skepticism. I don't have motive to prove reincarnation is correct. I feel that the present moment is what we truly have and ideas of what comes next is just that, ideas. But when you touch the present moment, not wrapped up in the past, not worried about the future (reincarnation included) you gain a new awareness. This awareness will eventually manifest insight. It seems like you are content with the present moment idea. If you can truly immerse yourself in the present moment that is a great thing if happiness is your goal. Good vibes to you!
