It should not only be legal but also bounties should be paid out if you dispose of them
When someone leaves their house in the morning with intention to do criminal acts, then everything that happens to him is on him. No one else should be held responsible for him getting hurt or even killed.

Some little scroats tried to take my big ZZR120O, heavy bike when stationary. Passing vehicles intervened. They threatened 1 guy with a hammer and somehow the stolen moped they were on had a slight collision with the guys car.... not saying how that happened but I think it had to do with a hammer.
Anyway, scroats came off and left with less than they arrived with. Of course we all got our stories straight before the old bill turned up. Nobody had done anything wrong apart from the 2 scroats.
This person in Legits video did well but as was said, if it had got into the police hands, the person would definitely be looking at some points and fines for a few of the maneuvers. Yes I would have done the same, although going over that main road without slowing was a little dangerous, during the day it would have been lethal, but thankfully you can see vehicle headlights better at night so on approach to the junction, you can see much more and cross it.
Nicely done to the person who got the moped back to the owner. 👍

Problem is. If we do anything to them and they get “hurt” the law backs the thefts. What should happen if they are proven to be on a stolen bike. They lose the law backing them..

If the police would step it up and do actually good police work then the citizens shouldn't be taking things into their own hands. Victims feel hopeless waiting for the law to help them get their property back.

Except the police do chase them, the little sprites die, riots break out and police officers end up under criminal investigation. The police don't need to change, the law protecting criminals does.

After have three of the five bikes I've owned over the years stolen, I'd just be happy if they did any job. Only reason I've called them is for the crime number.

I dont think it should be legal because the whole point of defending yourself should be that if theyre down and hurt badly enough, or they run away thats that. But like someone else said, definitely put bounties on thieves. Then you can throw hands with them. Bounties will definitely be a deterrent to kids in gangs as they realise if they got a bounty on them for stealing then pretty much about anyone can bring them in. Forcefully if needed.

  • @snakeman9902

That should definitely not happen, the poor little cherubs may get hurt, the biker should have pulled over, turned off his bike and rang the police. (as he may get charged for using a phone on a running vehicle) waited 4 days for the police to turn up, if at all and maybe, just maybe, the police may find out who they are, because our great police do such a fantastic job on crime, especially, motorbike theft.
LET'S big it up for our police.. Hip, hip , hooray. Hip hip , hooray..

Public spirited, I thought he rode really well and the scum bags realised he wasn't going to give up so they fled, Sadly the police are nowhere to be seen so what do we do? Give in to filth that steal and intimidate or step up and do something about it?

WHAT POLICE!! There isn’t any!!!!! And if they come it’s mob handed and all the lights and sirens going so the thieves get a chance to run. Your biker was being very careful even when he broke the law so fare play to him. My only worry was what would he do if both the lads attacked him. Perhaps he would of been better off just following to where they lived then going back with back up. 🤣🤣🤣

bikes are going missing every day around north manchester, i don't think the police can give chase anymore, but it makes my blood boil when i see police riders promoting safety every weekend, i've come to the conclusion police bikers are there for VIP escorts only and to catch legit riders speeding, plus promote the advanced masonic club association, yes i sound bitter but when your bike gets robbed outside a shopping centre and has a tracker and nothings done, this is the outcome, you take the law into your own hands.
